@AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide hi both my partner and I have not been able to log in using the app for 4 days now. We can log in through the website. We don’t have any joint accts both iPhone 12 users up to date on software updates

@VirginMoney @AskNationwide She has done this twice already and called twice. She even made a complaint using your website form. It seems these emails are “service updates”. This new offer would negatively affect existing transfers. You don't mention that in these "service updates". Incredibly disappointed.

@AskNationwide do you have a number for out of hours support. It's been a week since I opened an account face2face and I still haven't received my card I got my pin a few days ago but unfortunately no card and I cannot login with the information I was given account number ect

@AskNationwide so I opened an account 4 days ago and I got the confirmation email saying it's open I received my in today but still no card I can't use my account number to login via the app and it keeps saying something is wrong.
