    @AskNationwide if we call your frais helpline after a dodgy transaction is picked up, as you request, there is a long wait. Fair enough. Why do you cut us off after 13 minutes on hold? How do i get through to sort out the problem without you cutting me off?

    @AskNationwide but I had an outstanding stipend that was supposed to be paid but was never made aware to me, I don’t know if you can help check my account and send the last bank statements on the account please πŸ™πŸΏ It’s very important so I can take the case to court so I can properly paid

    @AskNationwide No problem I'm sorted speaking to your agent now – but you should have a look at that in your app UX, as it's completely bonkers to ask a user to insert the lost card to replace their lost card

    @financefraz @AskNationwide Its a shame @AskNationwide are poor at managing customers though. I was with them 30 years (Nana opened it) and when I went for a mortgage (already had one for 7 years). My DIP was rejected 'due to a technical error' I got a in person appointment for it to be rejected again due to the same error. 2X hard searches on my credit score. Got a better mortgage elsewhere in the end.

    @AskNationwide So you can talk your way out of it, I don't think so. I am emailed a complaint - you don't know how much this has affected me as a customer.

    @AskNationwide Your new look appears to be flawed. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.
