    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

    @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide A lot of people took out Β£100 savings in every building society in the age of carpetbaggers trying to close them down, in the hope of a huge windfall.

    @AskNationwide Hello don't know if i'm being stupid or ? but i'm trying up online access and have a been sent a passnumber by post but there is nowhere to put it? there is no mobile or email attached to my account so can't proceed? what use is the point of passnumber by post?

    @AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of Β£626.30 should have increased to Β£638.75 not Β£987.00. Perhaps Β£987.00 was just a typo?
