@AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

@AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

@AskNationwide Whats the point as everyone has the same issue not me, why not just do the decent thing and tweet that the maintenance is causing card problems, rather than make out that its us thats causing the problems
