    @AskNationwide No not at all. Your the only ones responding and being transparent. Proper customer service. Sorry to drag you into this nonsense. @Miele_GB have been dishonest and error prone. Hopeless situation I have no control over.

    @AskNationwide It is on now this seems to happen a lot around pay dates whole point online banking and the banking app is to transfer etc 24/7 seems everytime I actually have money in my account there are issues, which have been on going since December

    @AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

    @AskNationwide why is online banking/banking app down again. Months wage sitting there and I am getting emails about returned direct debits 😡 also again unable top up my daughters dinner money. So disappointed in this service 😔

    @AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

    @AskNationwide I will try again tomorrow, but spent 3 hours speaking to various people earlier who couldn’t help. I don’t understand how such a small part of the process is causing this much hassle. I really need this sorted ASAP

    @AskNationwide applied for a loan Sunday, accepted email says money will be released when we sign & post back the agreement, website says paid into your non nationwide account next working day, can you confirm which one it will be?

    Just want to thank Nationwide Building Society the excellent service I've had from them - card lost, cancelled and replaced within 72 hours - pretty good considering that 48 hours of that was a weekend! @AskNationwide
