    @AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

    @AskNationwide So money is supposed to be in by 6 am on discus, let's see if this happens. I can see a complaint going to the ombudsman for the shabby treatment and extremely poor customer service.

    @AskNationwide @laurence_dh Its posts like this no issues and nothing on the banking app that gets me as I'm looking at is it the bank or has worked got it wrong , especially when I've got food shopping delivery later that needs a bit added from these wages I'm waiting to go in

    @AskNationwide I am very disappointed at the failure of the Banking Service life's stressful enough without smoke and mirrors from a bank not crediting my account on time I shall be changing banks can't be arsed with this nonsense.
