  @AskNationwide just abit of advice i wouldn't keep copy and pasting the same response to people as u are going to make people more angry, also please don't keep sayin direct debits are working as if money hasn't come in people can't pay them. Just constructive advice.

  @AskNationwide You don't understand my frustration. You're not in hotel accommodation, which if not paid for by 12pm, you could be evicted from with nowhere else to live, and with an extra 12.5% VAT to be paid from now on if the stay is not continuous. Fix the problem and quickly.
