@AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

@AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.

@lilzowiebear @AskNationwide It’s a bloody joke. I dread to think the of the pensioners who may not have social media etc to see these updates who may be sitting with no money or family to help them out. It’s shocking

Dear @VirginMoney and @AskNationwide I transferred money today from a Nationwide account to a Clydesdale Bank account in order to pay a Clydesdale Credit Card. That money hasn't gone through and that CC doesn't appear on my app anymore! Help!

@AskNationwide 1/2 Everyone who has had late bills/rent/mortgage/utilities payments I suggest that you give your providers nationwides number and ask them to call nationwide and get nationwide to explain the issue and deal with any late fees/arrears etc. They'd sort it a hell of a lot quicker
