So despite pleas via phone and Twitter @AskNationwide still won’t give me access to my bank after denying me access for over 2 weeks now. Will I at least be compensated when my account goes overdrawn tomorrow and direct debits start being refused?

@AskNationwide But that’s not convenient. I can make a payment to my credit card at a iven date through the website. Doin it as an external payment is quite a faff. Maybe this is something that needs sorting with Visa.

@AskNationwide The app doesn’t give me the opportunity to chose a date in the future, just comes up with pay now. Whereas on the website I can chose any date I want for the credit card payment
