@AskNationwide It is on now this seems to happen a lot around pay dates whole point online banking and the banking app is to transfer etc 24/7 seems everytime I actually have money in my account there are issues, which have been on going since December

@AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

@AskNationwide why is online banking/banking app down again. Months wage sitting there and I am getting emails about returned direct debits 😡 also again unable top up my daughters dinner money. So disappointed in this service 😔

@PewDiePayne_ @AskNationwide Every customer whom they have not met the terms of their sales contact with ie not delivered an advent calendar by 1st December should write a poor review. Next year, customers won’t go near them. They’re clearly ploughing money into advertising rather than honouring orders.

@AskNationwide Just wondered after a phone call how long it takes to unrestricted an account that was restricted because of an unauthorised overdraft. Money has been paid into the account and cleared the overdrawn amount but I still can’t access the funds and need to for food
