Despite the fact I sent evidence with my claim of me contacting them several times, @AskNationwide have thrown out my claim. AirPods do not work despite all tricks tried, and I bought an extra 3 months warranty to cover myself. Company has vanished into thin air. Help?

It may be trivial now but following the death of a family member @Barclays bank is crap - on all levels but especially website/CustServ - no one on the phone and no oline chat unless you have an Apple device. @AskNationwide comes out on top. Brilliant CS and organisation.

Company is GeekSwag. I bought certified refurbed airpod pros that broke a week after receiving. They have non-existent customer service phone line (disconnected) and @AskNationwide have rejected my visa dispute as merchant claims I haven’t contacted them. (2/3)
