    @AskNationwide disappointed with your telephone service. Your app has kicked me out. Trying to ‘re-enrol’, tells me@that you haven’t got my mobile (don’t believe that). So when I call (twice) I cannot get a simple update done. 1st caller not helpful and 2nd caller connects me 1/2

    @AskNationwide Absolute shambles. An hour of my night wasted. Pathetic service. Its not your fault but nationwide are shambolic, noone asked you to block my card. your systems dont work and somehow thats my problem? why didnt you ring me if youre that worried? a complete joke.

    @AskNationwide out with clients and you block my credit card. Call you, give the code you messaged me and… sorry, that department has gone home! I had already spent £100 & limit well above 100! Left here, with a bill with my clients, can’t pay for it! Embarrassing! Client paid

    @AskNationwide Can someone at NE give me a call to sort what is something super simple please? I cannot sit and wait for another 13 mins or more- it’s frustrating and tbh the customer telephone service has not been great at all

    @AskNationwide 2/2 2nd call tells me@they cannot seem to do update my record with my mobile, transfers me to another department - that’s closed!!!! Waited on the phone for 13mins to not have good service. How can something so simple be hard. I cannot use app as NW kicked me out!
