@AskNationwide hi, are payments working? I’ve just sent money to two people and they appear in my online banking as paid, but the recipients have not received anything? One of the transactions was 4 hours ago.

@AskNationwide, there appears to be an issue with your online Mortgage Switcher. The select box keeps disappearing so I’m unable to select the mortgage to switch. Issue appears on Chrome and Firefox.

I can see @AskNationwide make it hard to complain. After what I went through last week at #cardiff Queens street branch I know why. Get your best guy on phone because he’s going need afternoon off. You gave me Hell, I’ll give you Hell. Worst customer service ever received. EVER

@AskNationwide Totally excellent service from Nationwide, lost a card abroad , they handled it so promptly and with 1st class customer service. 100% recommend anyone to bank with them.
