    @AskNationwide honestly can’t complain for the customer service after the fact. Just had £50 put in my account because I complained about the payment delays. I hope everyone affected got the same #nationwide

    @AskNationwide this is now the 3rd time since Friday I’ve had a notification saying there’s issues with payments, my account isn’t available or there’s delays. What’s going on? Payments have been taken out of my account clearly debited and merchants are saying they haven’t had

    @AskNationwide after waiting over 20 minutes to speak to someone, I finally spoke to a lady who was helping me and then the line got cut. I now have to wait another long period to speak to someone. This is so frustrating when you're trying to deal with financial issues.
