@AskNationwide Your slogan, Nationwide, on your side, does that apply to your staff? All I want is good human customer service but you won't let your staff provide it, you'd rather get them to sell me things which really perplexes me as it does most people.

@AskNationwide hi, also received a text to say i've gone over my arranged overdraft on a card i've not used for years, could I set up a call back service? I tried to call but ran out of time because I need to get my children up and dressed for preschool. Many thanks

@AskNationwide And then when I requested a call back, asked me what times were convenient, I told her, then she said she would try and arrange something for the next 5 working days but nothing garuanteed, then ended the converstation

@AskNationwide Love being accused of being patronising by your call line at 8.30am.Maybe if you employed staff who actually listened, absorbed facts ,were heaven forbid possibly helpful it would help the situation.
