    @AskNationwide Tryint to transfer money on app and being asked to use card reader. I have never had a card reader on my account. Is this the same IT update error which happened a few months ago. When is this being fixed?

    The new update for the @AskNationwide app is so useful. Being able to view your PIN and card details inside the app is a massive help.

    @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Very poor. He should have closed down his existing account, withdrawn funds and opened an account with a completely different bank followed by a letter to the complaints department.

    @26Left @AskNationwide 1/2 James, commiserations of he result - I guess it wasn't a surprise. Looking at last year's AGM votes, it truck me that less than 10% of members voted and most of these went with the block vote. Combining votes for, against and withheld, the highest a candidate obtained was

    @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes
