    @AskNationwide Ive just managed to use the app to make a payment by going to make payments. But as soon as i go to look at my statement it crashes. Pretty angry with all this tbh. Appreciate your help but its a joke.

    @AskNationwide Tried all that. Gone around in circles. No chat option popping up despite disabling securities. You now have my number, feedback form with all contact info sent online + DM. Please contact me. We want acct access and cooperation please to handle swiftly.

    @AskNationwide Folks, if you can't accept cash lodgements from the Post Office, you could at least have the occasional branch open past 4.30 - quite restrictive / difficult to get to if you're working 🤷

    @AskNationwide I have opened account with these shower they took my money then shut it down and refusing to assist vunrable adult to get there money back and refuse my legal right to information
