  @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Son had a similar experience with @AskNationwide Had been a customer since age 11, had correspondence from them asking for ID when he was 19. All he had was driving licence so they said he would lose access to his money. Had major panic attack in branch. Formal complaint made.

  @AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.

  @AskNationwide also wanted an official letter from the university to confirm his acceptance because the UCAS codes he has received were insufficient (I kid you not). Also note that none of this is on their own website, this woman was just gate keeping and making stuff up 3/5
