    @AskNationwide closing an account for no reason, not responding to messages and now refusing to tell me where my money is is a big problem and fraud. Just because I ordered a new card. Urgently get back to me, I shouldn’t have to wait hours on a phone when you’ve taken my money

    @AskNationwide hi i haven’t been able to see outgoings transactions in app, i assume since midnight, service say it’s ok so is the app just being glitchy?

    @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide A mortgage holder is a more profitable customer for them. They are rewarding “good” customers. It’s quite simple really.
