@AskNationwide Bad language is the result of piss poor service from nationwide, who screw me virtually every time I make a payment, cause and effect. Now tell me, how are you going to unblock my card before the end of the day???

@AskNationwide The company won't be open until after the bank holiday so what am I meant to do until then, all this has happend because of the **** ups that have occurred with nationwide not anything I've done so why am I having to suffer hardship, I've been offerd no help at all, this is awful

@AskNationwide Sorry the issue was not about processing incoming payments but a dispute issue. I got treated appallingly and the consultant made some very patronising comments during the call. Sometimes listening to the customer does help resolve issues amicable. 3.5 hours on call = 0 help.

@AskNationwide My wages are paid in every week without issue and I cant get hold of them until Tuesday. Colleagues are saying the problem has been with Nationwide payments.
