    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @AskNationwide I sent in a request for an Online ISA transfer pack two weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. Are these requests being held up? I can't make the transfer application on your website because my current ISA provider (Metro Bank) isn't on your approved list. Thanks

    @AskNationwide Tried a different laptop, but as assumed this has not worked, it's a "system error" message withing your application window, not sure why the suggested method would make any difference to that.

    @AskNationwide It does so I take it I need to indicate that I am not registered for internet banking? Thanks, but this rather defeats the object when you have to log in to apply for a loan after the quote.

    @AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.
