    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned once and spoken to customer services by instant chat twice. Really can’t understand why it has taken over a week and counting… it is still not sorted.

    @AskNationwide 3 times I’ve been down to put cash in, only to find the branch closed, despite what it said online. Today it says online that you’re closed, yet you are telling me that the branch is open. Can you see why I don’t want to have to deal with this for such a simple exercise?

    @AskNationwide The page will not open correctly after pressing continue. It opens options further down the screen but they are over to the right of the page and unable to swipe it across to get to it

    @AskNationwide Hi - I went to your Cheapside branch to sort out access to an elderly Aunt's account as I have power of attorney and I was told I'd get a response by mail within 5 working days. It's now 9 working days and I've heard nothing. How can I chase this up please?
