Southbourne 🏴🏴🇫🇷 (@Southbourne101) reported@MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide Just have a look on the website about qualifying current accounts. Honestly the hoops you have to jump through just to get £100.
-
Jonathan (@jayIFA) reported@MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide A mortgage holder is a more profitable customer for them. They are rewarding “good” customers. It’s quite simple really.
-
Christopher Freeman (@cmdfreeman) reported@AskNationwide Would love to but your app is down. I’m in the midst of a switch and already regretting it. You’re not a serious bank.
-
Helen (@hjs2309) reportedOne of your ATMs swallowed a large cash deposit then said transaction failed and machine went out of service. Called customer service but they said there wasn't anything they could do and we'd have to wait until Monday to go into branch. Surely more can be done?! @AskNationwide
-
Chelle (@ChelleChipato) reported@sadietrent_92 @AskNationwide Incorrect. He did open his bank accouny through the main branch, he had all the required documentation which was confirmed. Issue is why the first branch were gatekeeping when the other branch confirmed that what they had asked for was completely unnecessary
-
Matt Leslie (@mattleslie74) reported@AskNationwide Your automated service is hopeless. Took eight minutes of being given the runaround & having to answer the same questions over & over before I got through. Also, your app (for Android) is not working when verifying a payment I've made to a third party.
-
Jason Crane (@1975crane) reported@AskNationwide absolute disgraceful customer service - holiday over on day one because of archaic system Keep your fairer sharer payment, means nothing, nothing at all
-
Rob Slade (@Rjs4Rob) reported@AskNationwide My card reader is not working properly it keeps going blank part way through a transaction. How do I get a replacement ?
-
Corin Messer (@CorinMesser) reported@AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of £626.30 should have increased to £638.75 not £987.00. Perhaps £987.00 was just a typo?
-
Stu (@StuMcalister) reported@AskNationwide hello. I’m trying to cancel a direct debit I have with a long-standing supplier. Finding it tricky. Could you help me please?
