@AskNationwide hi. I have tried to use the app to report that I have mislaid my bank card to request a replacement. When I get so far it asks me to verify my identity using the lost card in the card reader. Obviously I can’t do that as it’s lost. Help!!

Hi @AskNationwide. Have received an email with a third delay in response to a complaint made beginning of September. This will take it to two months wait already. Pretty poor customer service 🙁

@AskNationwide It’s not an easy process is it just to find out what’s going on with our complaint. I’m the customer and the one having to try different contactable methods just to have an update from you about my complaint. 57 days is appalling!!
