@AskNationwide Hi Lauren, update, received a letter from LVG, they are investigating. Website terms state if keys are damaged or lost customer may have to pay locksmith. My keys were in boot in tact. NW investigating too according to phone call. I’m not going away, just want expected service.

@AskNationwide Hi for the last 3 weeks or so, every time you open the app it doesn’t open, just a blank screen. Have to swipe off the bottom and reload. Really annoying! Is there a fix for this please??

@AskNationwide there’s an issue with your mortgage application system where you cannot upload documents. It’s been ongoing for a while. I’m thinking of going with another provider as the fix date is vague & rates are going up. There’s apparently no other way of uploading the doc
