    @AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

    @AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

    @AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

    @AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

    @AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

    @AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

    @AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

    @AskNationwide @JBrokenshire disappointed my local Nationwide in Sidcup is closing down due to lack of use - I’ve turned up plenty of times over the past year to find you’ve shut early! Customers can’t use the service if the doors are locked. Nearest branch now a bus ride away.

    @AskNationwide Tried a different laptop, but as assumed this has not worked, it's a "system error" message withing your application window, not sure why the suggested method would make any difference to that.

    @AskNationwide my account's just been opened and I want to make a transfer to another of my accounts fairly soon, it's a new payee and I don't have a card reader, tried ordering one online but it says I can log in using memorable information so won't let me and I'm a bit confused
