@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

@AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

@AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide not having the best time. Nationwide have now let me down twice in a fortnight. Loan paid off 9th. Payment taken today. You guys are better than that. Truly not happy. #Katie has resolved but feel let down. 💔

Just had a DM from these idiots at @AskNationwide who passed on my details to the same complaint team who are causing the problem despite my specifically stating I need a response from Litigation and Term Expire Team, not Complaint dpt. I don't need another email from the same

I am not going to be bullied by them but would appreciate ongoing prayers as its really getting to me. These bullies need taking down a peg or two. Our hearing is on 25th April. Very nervous. Trying for several weeks to get some docs out in accessible format but @AskNationwide
