    @AskNationwide Thanks, Lauren. It’s not just the wrong image, it’s an incorrect website address too. I think the system is seeing “Subway” and incorrectly assuming it’s the sandwich shop.

    @AskNationwide Respectfully this is extremely unfair and can cause unwarranted problems and multiple issues which Nationwide would be obligated to deal with including refund of call charges, especially as some countries can cost between 4-5 pounds per minute to call.

    Worst ever customer service from @AskNationwide. Have power of Attorney and spent hour and a half on the phone trying to organise Web banking for my disabled dad and no further forward. Shambolic.

    @AskNationwide 2/2 2nd call tells me@they cannot seem to do update my record with my mobile, transfers me to another department - that’s closed!!!! Waited on the phone for 13mins to not have good service. How can something so simple be hard. I cannot use app as NW kicked me out!
