@AskNationwide my parents have a breakdown cover with you via their current account. They are trying to contact your breakdown team and it is highly unhelpful when you refer them to AA when it is your cover. Kindly assist on the way forward. All they need is to fix a flat tyre

@AskNationwide How can I see statements from 2018, would I need to go into a branch? Or can I call customer services and they tell me the transaction I am wanting to find out about?
