  @AskNationwide Why do you think it’s acceptable for your advisors to lie about correspondence they have in fact received from me? This has resulted in a non-thorough investigation by a very dismissive complaints handler, who has now closed the case. Shocking customer service.

  @AskNationwide 7 weeks down the line and still have not registered my 90 year old grandads power of attorney as nationwide know nothing about Scottish law. Will be going to financial ombudsman on 8th week.

  @MartinSLewis @Zopa @AskNationwide Hi Martin, help required CAB no one available to help, complaints in with both Zopa and nationwide but they are both passing the buck. Zopa sent Nationwide money via Zap, the money was to an old nationwide account which is closed. I was told the
