    @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide Used to be able to get it with just a current account, now it's either a mortgage or savings. @AskNationwide have let themselves down over this. Basically saying you're only worthy of a thank you if you're well off. Rest of us mean nothing to them.

    A big SO to the customer service @AskNationwide Orpington in setting up my Member Exclusive Bond.Other banks will just tell you to go home and do it online.But in branch it’s quick and more importantly safer, as it gives customers peace of mind from making mistakes #nationwide πŸ™ŒπŸ»

    @AskNationwide Despite all your TV advertising re customer service, it appears to be non-existent. Impossible to get past the AI bot to reach your β€˜dedicated teams’. They are dedicated to being uncontactable, it seems. I’ll be looking for recommendations about banks which do actually care…
