    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    @AskNationwide It gives me an error, saying ' We are unable to show you all of your account info at the moment', I can use my other accounts but not the main one that my pay goes into tomorrow!

    @AskNationwide Finally got a reply from my secure msg who have sent me a generic list of info about switching accounts - having clearly not read my email properly. If I don't hear from someone who can help tomorrow I'll close the account+go elsewhere.3 weeks to GIVE you money is not practical
