@AskNationwide My Dad just been into Derby branch as hundreds of ££ removed from his account & he doesn’t know how. Unfortunately they couldn’t help him or tell him about the transaction. Can you suggest anything? His card may have been cloned? It’s for a purchase he hasn’t made

@AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

@AskNationwide #nationwide is turning out to be the worst bank I've ever used. They still have not sorted out my fraudulent bank activity on my account. Anyone can help direct me to where I can get proper competent support, and recommend a new bank to trust please?!

@AskNationwide 2) subsequently that team closed at 5pm despite me starting the call at 10 to 5. No one could help me to even update as to why the funds were not released other than ‘they should be but something strange is going on with our systems’

Went through to the number you have advised above and been told it’s the wrong team and they can’t help. Very frustrating for someone who was already on

@AskNationwide This is great to see, but please consider the colour of your subtitles in these clips. The white blends in with the desk and the yellow is completely unreadable. Captions should be high contrast and preferably with a black rectangle behind the test to help them stand out.
