The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

There is a clickable link to access the form, you can see it in blue on the second image. I worry that if I don't do it, my account may be stopped

Becca (@beckahc11) reported@AskNationwide The lady on the phone said I’m sorry but I cannot help you as I am on the credit card department . She then processed to state that the line I would need to be transferred to are in fact closed and will open Monday at 8am.
