The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

kdb_suffolk 7/2% #Let them race #ClimateChange (@kdbsuff) reported@LloydsBank with increased profits at the expense of customers. Their corp direction belittles customer issues to "complaint or stfu". Just money grabbing and not sharing profits We're off to town shortly to open a new account with @AskNationwide and in a month move two more.

Chelle (@ChelleChipato) reported@gondo_nicole @AskNationwide Thanks but that’s not what their website says, also he has been accepted and the uni had provided the relevant codes to open his student account. There was absolutely no reason why it couldn’t be opened so this is incorrect

Chelle (@ChelleChipato) reported@AskNationwide also wanted an official letter from the university to confirm his acceptance because the UCAS codes he has received were insufficient (I kid you not). Also note that none of this is on their own website, this woman was just gate keeping and making stuff up 3/5

Helen (@hjs2309) reportedOne of your ATMs swallowed a large cash deposit then said transaction failed and machine went out of service. Called customer service but they said there wasn't anything they could do and we'd have to wait until Monday to go into branch. Surely more can be done?! @AskNationwide
