The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

Graham (@GrahamBH20) reported@AskNationwide I've just read some tweets about families who cant eat tonight and mortgages that wont be paid and all you have done is send a generic reply. That is shameful and disgusting in how you are handling that with no offer of support.

U said that systems will be normal by 2pm. It’s now 5.09pm #nationwide 🤬
