@AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

Hey @RingGo_parking literally every single time I use your app it says I have to verify with @AskNationwide that it's really me. For a £1 parking charge. Other people on forums are moaning the same thing. Is it you or nationwide as it's ridiculous. Can you both help?

@AskNationwide I have been a customer for over 20 years and have recently opened accounts for my children - I am disappointed you have no savings accounts for children under 16🙁can this be amended to enable children to understand the journey of saving??
