The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

I have subsequently, deleted your App, rebooted my iPhone (power cycle) and re-installed your App - set up access to my accounts again and now it works! There is clearly an issue - may I suggest it is your App's management of security token exchange :)
