    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @AskNationwide I’ve logged into my app to check credit card statement. And it told me i need to log into the website to view this? Is this a new feature or a one off?

    @AskNationwide just upgraded my phone and now can’t access my internet banking app. Tried logging in and it says you’re experiencing a technical problem, but another member of my family can log into theirs. I can’t access my money either, thanks

    @xxRooRooxx @AskNationwide My mum had the same issue ! She ended up having to go into the nearest branch to find out what was going on, they apparently sent her new one last month but that never arrived so they cancelled it and sent her a new one whixh arrived today then she weren’t able to use it today(1)

    @AskNationwide @swr_2000A Hi I’m having a similar problem, my app isn’t working and says there’s a technical issue for the past few days. Even though your website says the app is working normally , I can’t send money or anything so I’m not sure what to do .

    @AskNationwide hi I'm trying to set up an account for my 14yo son and the only I'd he has is a birth certificate. No passport and no other I'd on the silly list that's provided. He has an account with Yorkshire for his trust fund any help appreciated

    @AskNationwide Hi! I need to download a full statement for my Help to Buy ISA to use as a proof of a deposit. I can do this for my Current Account, but can't seem to find how I do it for the ISA. Any way I can do this using the website, or will I have to visit a branch? Thanks.

    @AskNationwide hi. My partner @cat3kidsandadog has been waiting for a refund of £100 due to a transaction error. She has repeatedly emailed and messaged you to rectify this. She has been waiting for several weeks, yet nothing has been done!!! Please can you sort it????
