    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @adamsolomons5 @AskNationwide Yes, they have finally admitted there is an issue. Complaint raised. Service appalling, third time in a week major outages.

    @AskNationwide I’ve tried phoning and been hung up on as it says I’m not registered to telephone banking. I need to access my account as I’ve got payments I need to make. The card that says I need to put in to the card reader isn’t my card.

    @DebiEvansMatron @AskNationwide Bad, Ask you why you are withdrawing your own money, for years, and not just Nationwide. Then they don`t want you to have a lot of cash at home. All of them are a problem.

    @AskNationwide Oh, and by the way, the last time I phoned @AskNationwide for help, I was on the phone for nearly two hours…and even then, failed to resolve the problem

    @AskNationwide Just had the most frustrating experience with your chat system. Extremely slow. After 25 minutes explaining simple question you simply cut me off. All because you have a daft system requiring me to have a card reader to close my account with you

    @AskNationwide What a bunch of absolutely useless ppl who man their Hlp Lines r. US site #CleanupPictures auto-renews without warning. They then hide behind screens such as Contact@support refusing to acknowledge. #Nationwide response? 'We cannot help. Have u tried to reach them?

    @AskNationwide NO MONEY FOR A WEEK NOW You closed my account with ZERO notice>REFUSED to give any reason>WONT tell how to resolve things>BLOCKED the Account Switch Service>sent emails saying NOTHING>MIGHT re-send letter >POSSIBLY send a cheque>WONT confirm what to do next😠😠

    @AskNationwide I’ve just tried to call the call centre with an issue I have & I was verified & then the bot said “Due to unforeseen circumstances your call cannot be taken right now” - Please can you help? I need to speak to someone ASAP, thanks
