@AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

@AskNationwide help please, called to speak to someone about mortgage offer, told they left at 5pm after being on hold 41 minutes, letter says open til 6pm. How can people who work full time speak to someone?

@AskNationwide Ok I will try again tonight. Maybe the lady I spoke to who said they the offer department leave at 5pm was trying to have an early finish. Not good customer service at all. I work full time, I cannot go to a branch unfortunately.
