The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

When you have elderly relatives whom English is not there nature language try to arrange to change a sole account to a join account, so that they can recieve the time limited rebate for fuel as the council tax is in both names.
