@AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

Witnessed 2day absolutely degrading treatment of a customer at @AskNationwide Disabled people shouldn’t be asked to justify 3 times by different members of staff that they are disabled just to ask 4 an accessibility card reader & to justify it as company policy #Disgracein2022

@AskNationwide Can someone advise how I set up a child’s savings account, please and the interest rate? Is it more beneficial than a standard ISA?! The website is sending me round in circles.
