    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    I've been a loyal @AskNationwide customer for 10+ years because their service was always great. Last week I tried to upgrade my account to a paid, plus account. I now have 3 accounts, multiple credit searches, multiple 1hr phone calls getting nowhere and numerous fob offs. Bye.

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

    @AskNationwide I have in fact just ordered a new credit card as the old card was somehow cancelled. This maybe the problem. Do I need to set up the new credit card details up on the app?

    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide my 96 year old grandmother has been a victim of fraud of over 65k with forged cheques , cash withdrawals and poa financial abuse. Reported 5th April, the lack of help is shocking, 2 hours today trying to get cheque proof for police with no avail! Deflated

    @AskNationwide case: NBS7786827. Because of your antiquated card reader policy you are blocking my access to my own money until you send me a new gadget ...by snail mail ...abroad. What are the chances of that happening and what kind of security is that? Customer Service??

    @AskNationwide are you aware that your payment app is not working properly. 2 payments rejected from 2 different cards in past 30 minutes. Sorted 1 another way but still need to make another payment from a particular account
