    @AskNationwide I have in fact just ordered a new credit card as the old card was somehow cancelled. This maybe the problem. Do I need to set up the new credit card details up on the app?

    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide My bank said that the payment got through and where is nothing they can do. The support team in your bank stated that this account to which the money where sent does not exist. I am at loss here really as I don’t know where to go.

    @AskNationwide Yes, because when I phoned the disability help team at Nationwide once before, when you were verifying my address, you read out my previous address, something I have never given to Nationwide. Hence, I don't trust Nationwide with my data, including my phone number.

    @EmmaJames_UK @AskNationwide Someone turned up and fixed the problem. They told my mum to complain about the plumber sent by @AskNationwide that came and went without doing anything 🙄

    Why @AskNationwide can’t people do transfers over the phone? Awful for ppl who are mobility impaired and those who don’t use internet banking.

    @AskNationwide I'm using the customer number which I've checked in my app, then my date of birth. It says, "Sorry, we don't recognise those details". I've had my account for 15-20 years so it's not a new account.

    @AskNationwide The mistake was only with the sort code, not with the account number. If it makes the issue a bit clearer.

    @AskNationwide feel really let down by nationwide. Have 7 weeks left on fixed term mort. Had to move home to help family, couldn’t port mortgage because you don’t like contractors and in these hard times going to charge me a full years early repayment fee “We’re on your side” ha
