@AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

@AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

@AskNationwide i have no accs with you, but was hoping to open a triple access savings ac, as the rate is one of the best. Do I have to create a login or do I need an ac to do that? Your help phone offers no options to talk to anyone.
