@AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

@AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

@AskNationwide how much longer will this take? I’ve seen no time scale on this and it’s looking like a lot of peoples plans etc have been ruined. If it was due to finish at 7am then why is there still issues?!
