    @AskNationwide I have in fact just ordered a new credit card as the old card was somehow cancelled. This maybe the problem. Do I need to set up the new credit card details up on the app?

    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide There is no way to unblock a credit card. The on line chat agent cannot do it. The link to to a secure message give a error response when you try to save it. Why is there no way to unblock a credet card withe a secure message or the rough the app.

    @AskNationwide No, I’m sorry. I don’t have a problem that needs resolving. It’s difficult enough finding a way to contact you that I have to resort to Twitter. I have advised your app has a problem which should be enough for your techies to fix.
