    @AskNationwide called your credit card fraud line at your request, when it tries to put me through to someone it tells me it’s closed and tells me to call the number I’ve just called. Which according to your website is 24/7. Not very reassuring, what do I do now?

    @AskNationwide That's not the problem. I need a card sent to branch due to insecure address. Five months with no card. @MartinSLewis - this is really getting me down.

    @AskNationwide I’ve just tried to call the call centre with an issue I have & I was verified & then the bot said “Due to unforeseen circumstances your call cannot be taken right now” - Please can you help? I need to speak to someone ASAP, thanks

    @AskNationwide I can’t amend any standing orders, hasn’t been working for days. Just errors, “something has gone wrong”. I can amend, change or add any standing orders. Pretty basic stuff, frustrating.

    @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide A mortgage holder is a more profitable customer for them. They are rewarding “good” customers. It’s quite simple really.
