    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide my mobile phone app has been down now for over 2 weeks, last night I have made plans to switch my account to Virgin money, so frustrating. I have closed my other 2 accounts. You will loose a lot of custom because of this. It’s a shame, I’ve just got my loan with u.

    @AskNationwide I want to advise you of a pending change of address. Your website says go to app and go through ‘Manage my details and setting’. I can’t find that on my app. Can you be more explicit please
