    @AskNationwide I logged a complaint Friday morning and was told I would receive a phonecall with 72 working hours. This hasn't happened.

    @AskNationwide I am a “valued” customer of over 20 years. So valued that you have taken away my travel insurance and I have today received my home insurance renewal with a gigantic 22% increase. I dread to think how non-valued customers are treated!!!

    @AskNationwide Is your mobile app down? Every time I open it stays on the loading screen saying "talking to nationwide". My internet connection is absolutely fine and have also tried mobile data and no success

    @AskNationwide Yes able to log in again just seems to be an issue in the last couple of weeks when you move back and forth in the app that wasn't there before.
