@AskNationwide My payments have come through now but for many it's too late. In all the years i have been with you guys its only got better but these last months this has happened far to often, so clearly you have an internal issue to sort. I think someone should explain.

@solitaryrainbow @monzo @AskNationwide Same here. With nationwide I had to go in but Monzo was instant in app. And every time I’ve contacted Monzo their help has been great. With Nationwide I’ve had to either go in or sit on a phone queue for ages to get through. Some Nationwide stuff is great too tho so it’s a mix.

@AskNationwide Why is your payments system down, again? How long can I expect my payments to be stuck in a queue for? This is the 3rd time I've been affected (always on pay day), and I am now seriously considering closing my account.
