Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!

@AskNationwide Think we may have closed it. We went into "other a/c services". Says it may take up to 7 days. Thank you all for your help. Please thank Jodie @Ipswich for helping us. Still not happy with overall customer service though!!

@AskNationwide If you could that would help as with quite a few BTL mortgages it would really help with managing and tracking them, and being as you are the same company surely it would be feasible to add it to your current app

@AskNationwide the woman at your Garstang branch who had to deal with the **** shouting at her whilst she tried to calmly explain 'that due to covid restrictions...' deserves a to be mentioned in despatches at the very least. The only mistake she made was not offering to help

@AskNationwide Hey your 2FA system assumes all your customers are using your app AND have faceID or touchID support, and makes it really hard to get a SMS OTP instead. But many of your customers are old and DON'T have faceID and touchID. Sort it out.

@AskNationwide are your ridiculously short opening hours going to continue for much longer? No body who works can do any banking in your branches when they are open from 9-2 it is appalling customer service.

@AskNationwide my daughter has paid for a homebuyers survey but after two weeks it is still not even booked in. We have phoned the mortgage service 2 times but still no help. Why take the money and not even book, this delay is causing huge stress and a danger of loss of purchase
