Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!

Getting really frustrated that @AskNationwide aren’t paying my direct debits after switching. I thought the Current Account Switch Service was meant to be seamless and easy - it’s just causing me more stress and work. Really regretting making the move to them. Not happy.

@AskNationwide Been trying to switch to you since 26/11 - all I’ve had is problems. Delayed for 3rd time with issues your end. Switching was supposed to be easy and completed within a week. 3 weeks later and still no closer, having to ring you weekly. Regretting my move now.
