@AskNationwide website says there are no service issues but I’ve been trying to access my account but the app says I can’t and that you’re working on it. Why would this be the case just for me? Thanks

@AskNationwide @Huntpl @AskNationwide I am having a similar problem. Currently cannot see my help to buy ISA or my FlexDirect account on the website. I was able to see both on the mobile app but they’ve disappeared as well now.
