Tracy (@Tracy28632710) reported@AskNationwide Nationwide was the first lender to decide that ground rent over £250 a year is onerous. Other lenders have followed suit. The government may eventually help existing leaseholders but we desperately need to sell & have buyers who want to buy but no one will lend. Help appreciated.

Carys Marshall (@csb1985) reported@AskNationwide Yes... those are the humans I was referring to. Been weeks trying to pull equity online and successful and there's constantly glitches in your system. Advisors then ringing to say the figures aren't correct, issues after issue. Someone higher up needs to deal with it.

B Marshall (@BRM1286) reported@AskNationwide @csb1985 Multiple times. You have an online system that allows (in fact actively encouraged "Did you know we can lend you more") beyond 90% LTV. The system has broken 3x. No human advisor can key in an offer beyond 90%. Formal complaint was raised today

Will I be receiving this increased interest rate or have you found a way to avoid paying the increase to members that already have the account?
