@AndrewG37241723 @AskNationwide Nationwide Building Society has finally responded with no action, no sympathy, no solutions and asking me to waste Ombudsman time. Normally customer are right but on this occasion they have not taken any of my concerns seriously! She must thinks I had a bad dream! Waste of time!!

been banking and had insurance for 25 yrs with @asknationwide Hardly ever needed the insurance side of things. Boiler broke down on Saturday morning and Nationwide promised someone within 24 hrs. Coming up to 60 hrs later still no one has turned up. Goodbye nationwide.

@dianepickup @AskNationwide Let’s just hope when they open tomorrow they will provide public information as to what the issue was and when we can expect payments. I feel it will be sooner than later because otherwise that news coverage that will come tomorrow will be a hell lot worse!

@AskNationwide disgusted with your service today. Really concerned about unknown payment on my credit card. Took over half an hour to answer card helpline after giving up on first call. Been a customer over 30 years. May switch after this

@AskNationwide Thanks for the reply. That sounds absolutely awful. Can't imagine carrying something round to deal with my account when I already have a phone. Something extra to pack on holiday. Just also found out that I can't pay in cheques with the app. I may have made a mistake switching!
