@AskNationwide my son reported the issue within minutes of being able to (they also deleted his banking apps and stole his SIM card after they drugged him). He has waited patiently for two weeks for you to “decide” about refunding him.

@AskNationwide Having an issue with the mobile app. Try to log in and it wants me to register for the app. Did it all and was able to log in. Went back onto app a few minutes later and its asking me to register for the app again?

@AskNationwide So, assuming no one calls back I have to start this process all over again. Hardly a great start for a new customer! Very poor initial impressions!
