    @AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

    @william98024502 @AskNationwide No they don't have a problem. My error was entirely my fault for forgetting I'd frozen the card.

    @AskNationwide Infuriatingly, this was the same automated service that I had called previously and told me to use the app to dispute the payment. Talk about going round in circles 🤬. Meanwhile an insurance company has taken £100s from my account

Looking at last year's AGM votes, it truck me that less than 10% of members voted and most of these went with the block vote.     Absolutely disgusted at the service i've received from @AskNationwide this morning. Cant send any money cause you've decided to do a card reader security check. The card reader that I havent used in 6 years even though ive passed ID and security checks

    Went to londin other week and was using contactless on @TfL with Apple Pay @AskNationwide it stopped working and could only use my card and cant use Apple Pay on first York only the card

    Bugger. Here we go again. Why are even @AskNationwide screwing their existing home insurance customers? Just got told I have a FORTY % increase in my premium for next year!! The @CooperativeBank did the same to me when I was a long time customer.
