    @AskNationwide Was there a problem with you transferring money yesterday? My Boyfriend puts money in my account every Thursday for our bills. It left his account but didn't reach mine. He rang Nationwide & they said they would take a week to look in to it. My bank say it's you.

    @AskNationwide Hi. Yes I’ve actually managed to find it and I’ve been able to login with that. But the issues with the login are definitely a concern for me as it should send me an SMS normally. Perhaps Nationwide could look into that please But thanks for your help.

    @AskNationwide On your website. Any town or city currently served by Nationwide Building Society will continue till at least till January 2024, Then why have you sent letters that the Tilehurst Branch will be closing Thursday 3rd November. I have started a petition

    @AskNationwide @SaraStanford13 If you had good customer service, why don't you take Sara number and call her.. There is some many ways you could authenticate her .. Because you cannot think outside of the box @Debbiecrosbie1
