@AskNationwide Thanks Craig, I’ve read the article and none of those alternatives help. This is a short sighted decision that undermines the value of PayM for everyone, inconveniences customers who want to make quick payments to someone new, and risks exposing customers to fraud.

@AskNationwide Thanks Marcus. Ongoing issues with your banking app that apparently can’t be solved over the phone. The opening hours are ridiculous, just how are customers meant to access services face to face. It’s almost as though you don’t want us to.
