Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

John van Dieken (@doubledutch13) reported from Methil, Scotland@AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

David Barclay (@44dbarc) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

I don't need to call up and give my blood group, star sign, favourite colour etc for you to tell me whether you use 1st or 2nd class mail
