@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

@AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

@AskNationwide Unreal - im waiting for money to go in that I needed by 2pm. So thanks for that. Not! I think ill be looking into switching now, had enough of this all the time. Nationwide is THE WORST bank Ive ever been with! The number of issues weekly is just beyond belief.

@AskNationwide Hi, I have just transferred money from my other bank account to my nationwide account its not showing my bank balance at all and just says payment issue and im in a queue, its not acceptable

@AskNationwide hi team, I was charged twice for a takeaway meal on New Year's Eve, once by the website who then cancelled my order and then by the restaurant directly. I was told my first payment would be refunded. Though they're is no sign of the refund yet.

Hmmmm @AskNationwide I’m not convinced that your outbound payments are working as usual as you claim. I’ve tried transferring to another account of mine and now my money is lost in space somewhere between my accounts.

Finally changing banks from @AskNationwide. Third time that it is down in last few weeks for payments. I've had to use my secondary account. Cannot trust for nationwide to be my main account anymore. Makes me look a fool and no help or compensation

@BBCNews It's ok @AskNationwide saying everything else is working normally, no good if people can't get their own money into the bank to enable actually spending it! Disgraceful and happening too often. They just fob you off with generic replies without any kind of idea or info
