John van Dieken (@doubledutch13) reported from Methil, Scotland@AskNationwide not having the best time. Nationwide have now let me down twice in a fortnight. Loan paid off 9th. Payment taken today. You guys are better than that. Truly not happy. #Katie has resolved but feel let down. 💔
-
John van Dieken (@doubledutch13) reported from Methil, Scotland@AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)
-
Rachael Santangelo (@Beleza_Rach) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves
-
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.
-
John van Dieken (@doubledutch13) reported from Methil, Scotland@AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?
-
David Barclay (@44dbarc) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result
-
David Barclay (@44dbarc) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit
-
Rachael Santangelo (@Beleza_Rach) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money
-
John van Dieken (@doubledutch13) reported from Methil, Scotland@AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.

-
Paul W (@PaulWoody69) reported@Powell_Property @TheAA_UK @AskNationwide Always book an MOT one calender month before it's due to expire then any issues can be sorted. Your MOT certificates will then overlap and keep the existing date. Exp 03/26 MOT 02/26 New Exp same as old 03/27
-
Jagerman (@jagerman213) reported@AskNationwide I’ve opened a new account and sent money to this account from my old bank account. But I cannot transfer the money back to my original account which is a Lloyds account. It comes up with ‘we are experiencing a technical problem’.
-

Rachel small (@rachismall) reported1/2 WARNING to customers, immensely disappointed with @AskNationwide, been a loyal customer with my mortgage, never missed a payment, kept my house in great condition that it sells in 5 days! Having to move as my dad is palliative and I want to care for him, like I did my mum.
-
Barbara Rogers (@Barbarasreps) reported@AskNationwide Did you have a problem on Friday making payments or posting payments to accounts?
-
Rachel small (@rachismall) reported@AskNationwide Why are you so mean to your customers? My dad is palliative but you won’t let me move? Because you lent too much to other houses, yet I’ve been a loyal customer, passed all affordability and have been with you many years - disgusting
