    @AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

    @AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

    @AskNationwide Just rang your customer services to ask if you could extend term left from 15yrs to 25yrs in order to try and bring monthly costs down. Was told NOTHING you can do. Note: I only rent because there's no equity to allow me to sell. 3/n

    @AskNationwide on hold waiting to get through to your mortgage team for over 45 minutes and counting, after they have made another error in processing my mortgage application. Horrendous service.

    @AskNationwide Or these mortgages for first time buyers, what about help with mortgage prisoner’s unable to get a move to a better rate even though you can afford the payments , having to pay over the top rates , it’s wrong
