Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

Who is going to help us?? We have no money and two kids!! The problem is down to Nationwide system being down yesterday.

They’ve already told me they won’t send me a paper copy as I don’t qualify for extra support. Why can you not accept a paperless statement which is all that the provider issues me with?
