  • doubledutch13 John van Dieken (@doubledutch13) reported from Methil, Scotland

@AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

  • Beleza_Rach Rachael Santangelo (@Beleza_Rach) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

  • 44dbarc David Barclay (@44dbarc) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

  • doubledutch13 John van Dieken (@doubledutch13) reported from Methil, Scotland

@AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.

  • doubledutch13 John van Dieken (@doubledutch13) reported from Methil, Scotland

@AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

  • 44dbarc David Barclay (@44dbarc) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide Can I have a Start to Save Issue 2 account if I close my Flex Direct account?

  • BiffaClement Biffa (@BiffaClement) reported

@AskNationwide Before I repeat the exercise of entering all my data again, getting stuck, then deciding that if Nationwide can't do sign up, they probably should not be trusted with money, can you verify that the site is functional and you are seeing new joint accounts being created please?

  • DanielJFalconer Daniel Falconer (@DanielJFalconer) reported

@AskNationwide Hi, trying to switch my bank account to a FlexDirect but keep getting an error message when I get to the Overdraft portion and it runs a soft check. Any idea why this may be?

  • boo08_sarah Sarah (@boo08_sarah) reported

@AskNationwide no help whatsoever checking on a suspected fraud call my incapacitated mum who suffers dementia received today. No one will help check her money is safe because she doesn't have enough capacity to make the call to you herself to report it. No help at all.

  • EmyrP_E Emyr Evans (@EmyrP_E) reported

Hey @AskNationwide - what’s the issue with your online service? Can’t get info on my accounts for last 48hrs! Says you are working on things!

  • jakegh_ Jake (@jakegh_) reported

@AskNationwide Hi, I have a current account with Nationwide and been a customer for 3 years. Is it possible to transfer in a help2buy ISA from another provider? I see some banks offer this and was hoping Nationwide does too

  • ggs4760 george graham smith (@ggs4760) reported

    @AskNationwide hello,if I open a instant access saver on line,will I receive a ATM card,to use with the account.

  • nantlais_mostyn Roger Stone BEM (@nantlais_mostyn) reported

@AskNationwide @DianaAward What rubbish. You’re a bank. Stick to banking, improve your customer service and smarten up your appearance. Staff should dress well at work, not look like they’re off to the pub with some friends.

  • boo08_sarah Sarah (@boo08_sarah) reported

@AskNationwide My mum doesn't understand she has lack of capacity so is trying to remain independent with my support. All I wanted was someone to call her and run through security and check her account hasn't been fraudulently used. When I rung NatWest with same issue they were amazing.

  • emjanerx emily💫 (@emjanerx) reported

@ignorance_dj @AskNationwide Been with them for almost 10 years, always fine until the last year. It’s been a problem every month. Payments not going in, but them allowing them out, putting you into an un arranged overdraft or occurring fee’s. Sadly, get used to it
