    @AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

    @AskNationwide Yes that’s what I did today. They said they found an error on revising it and have issued it today. They say you may take 3-5 days to process it. I told them they were wrong. NW credits it immediately ?

    @AskNationwide Company says there was an error and refund has been issued today. Will I see it tomorrow if they are not lying to me again? (It’s not there yet?)

    @AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

    @AskNationwide I will do. I had further errors using the card reader on the same issue so I’ve given up for today. Fresh try tomorrow.

    @independencekat @AskNationwide I've seen on another thread here someone braved the hold times and they told him it "may" not be fixed until Monday. I would personally keep trying after 12. I used to work for HBOSand banks are usually onto these issues pretty quickly. Sorry it wasn't better news! 😑

    @AskNationwide again payments sent to nationwide this morning by faster payment not in account. Is there another issue today?

    @AskNationwide There was on our previous product, when we switched in February it was explained clearly that once the switch was made we wouldn’t be able to access the money. Been through complaints procedure, went against us. We just want a solution

    @AskNationwide Only option was to go through Financial Ombudsman which we’ve done. We are very disappointed that no one from customer service or management will look at options for us. Will never recommend Nationwide to anyone.

    @AskNationwide I’ve had to get my mam to transfer from her nationwide account and that worked straight away! Doesn’t help when I have bills to pay and things to do at half term to keep transferring to and from my parents just to get money into my account! Bad service need to bank elsewhere

    @independencekat @AskNationwide Santander are having issues today not Nationwide. Noone can seem to transfer money to or from Santander accounts today
