    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide I AM SO ANGRY feel like closing all my accounts!! a customer for 60 years and I can't get to talk to any of you!!! tried the chatbot who tells me my question is TOO LONG!!! It's a simple question how can I transfer SMART account to my grandson who is 18 next week??

    @Dymvue It’s heartbreaking. My mum has been trying to sort out my grandad’s money after he passed away in august. She doesn’t like doing things online as she’s worried she will make a mistake and yet the nearest branch of @AskNationwide that hasn’t been shut down is over 30 mins away!

    @AskNationwide @BassJunkette Matthew davies member executive threatens a vunerable adult with account closure after complaint issued as lost £1600 and nationwide ceo does nothing on dispute claim, matthew sends reply with threats in, dont trust or use this bank they do nothing to help me losing 1600

    @AskNationwide I’m very disappointed with the service I have received today, as a Customer of nearly 40 years I sought help with a problem and I was promised a call back that never came and when I rang again the call went dead, when I rang AGAIN I got the recorded message 🙄
