    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

    @AskNationwide HSBC have recieved the refund from BA (ages ago). The issue is getting it from HSBC to Nationwide. HSBC say itโ€™s been sent, you say you havenโ€™t recieved it. I think the issue lays with HSBC as they are now saying there are some delays and to give it another week! Grrrrrrr

    @AskNationwide As the update came yesterday I'm guessing it's too new for there to be many folk discussing online. Last time it was to do with the app not working with the new android version. Could it be the same issue again?

    @AskNationwide I want to sign up for digital banking but had already tried earlier this week but had the wrong info. Now having the right info have gone to log in but says it is unable to as I had already tried this week, how long until I will be able to sign up.

    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ
