@AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

@AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

@AskNationwide There's been a block placed on my account rang the number i was told to and been told someone will ring me back in 20 mins. As explained to them i am a carer and need to access the money in ny account ti cintinue caring, as unable to access food or electric.

@AskNationwide I've tried both - get the same issue every time still. Technical error or something like that. The card reader gives me a code, I input that and then I get a message saying it can't go through due to technical/service error.
