@AskNationwide Your webchat service is terrible. Operators doesn't understand very basic English questions. Where are your operators based? It feel like they are based in a country where English is not the 1st language.

Grumpy old man: episode 82 I really resent this annual performance over home insurance. I moved 2 years ago to @AskNationwide . The renewal this year was 74% more than 2023. A comparison site gives me 16 companies that will do it cheaper. 1/2

Standing in the @AskNationwide and a customer is being asked the reason she wishes to transfer money between her accounts. Wtf. "My husband's just died and I don't have enough money in that accoubt" Disgusting, and cannot surely be a lawful requirement.
