@AskNationwide Just tried calling about a declined payment, was told lines are closed, but website says they are open until 6pm GMT - it's currently only 5.22 pm GMT.

@AskNationwide I saw 06:00 and immediately thought AM (especially as most website maintenance jobs are usually overnight)...a real pain the site being down for two whole days, but thanks for the prompt reply.

@AskNationwide It doesn’t open as a PDF In Acrobat it just only lets me save to files then when I do this and open in Acrobat it says cannot open as maybe corrupt or missing …maybe this is the problem? Not opening directly and only option to save?

@TonyGilesSport @AskNationwide Exactly mate. Santander 4.2% 2 year ISA. These offer nothing. Complete waste of time banking with these now. They're so far behind its untrue. Easy access account with Santander paid 2.75% before it became oversubscribed, best these can do is a ltd access at 2.1%. Best moving!

@AskNationwide Like I said, it didn’t make sense. I think I’ve found it now. Wrote down what made sense, sent an email and got a reply saying ‘this mailbox isn’t monitored’ so I think it’s the right one.

@RevolutApp say it’s a @AskNationwide issue and I’m sure it is too because last time this happened it turned out it cleared a few hours after lodging a call to Nationwide. Question is, will this payment clear today or do you process payments on the weekends???? @AskNationwide
