@AskNationwide My replacement Debit card arrived today (13 July 2021) letter was dated 1 July 2021, please explain? Also why change card number. Do you have any idea how inconvenient this is now going to be to update payees? I see no evidence to support this “security” measure

@AskNationwide About my complaint or about opening my account? I’d rather you concentrate on providing a service than your complaints procedure.

@AskNationwide Hi team. Any ideas why I cant access my joint FlexPlus account via the mobile app? My FlexDirect and all my savings accounts and ISAs are fine, but as soon as I go into my joint acc the app shuts, stating there's a technical issue. Been like this a few weeks now...

@RishiSunak What is it with you? Either your a narcissist with a sociopathic disorder that you actually believe this? As a freelance designer you gave me zero support. You have left me in crippling debt. Thank god for the support of @AskNationwide, you on the other hand… nothing

@AskNationwide The App is terrible and doesn’t show what you’ve stated. There’s no “filter” either. I’ll DM extra info as I’m really confused why, given cards are issued with a 5 year window, what possible “extra security” changing the number offers.
