@AskNationwide It's an iPhone SE (older version), same problem on home and work wifi and mobile data. Phone (ios15) and app software are both latest version and I've restarted phone several times.

@AskNationwide Oh okay because I am an iOS beta tester and I am an regular customer of Nationwide and thanks you for the reply as I know there’s was an issue with the iphone 13 but I’m an iPhone X user running iOS 15.2 developer beta

@BuiltPlace I see they revised last months figure down from 2.1% to 2.0%, otherwise that 0.1% would have been 0% The @AskNationwide has lost their way. 0.1% savings rate and inflation at 5% and they claim to be a mutual, what a bunch of nasty &&&&&&&s

@pgr3master @AskNationwide It’s only an issue for the new iPhone 13 due to a small redesign of the screen. Until an app update comes out you can access the top part of app screen if you flip phone on side (landscape mode), you can then easily select anything at top of screen.
