@AskNationwide Hi, I set up a help to buy ISA before the deadline and then forgot about it. I've had a yearly reminder letter from you, but there's no details on the letter, and I can't find them anywhere. What's the best way to get it sorted? Should I pop into a branch?

@AskNationwide Is there an issue with the iOS app at the moment? I have to “hard close” the app before I can use it every time. Otherwise it just sits on the background app image.

I would avoid @Etsy this Christmas if I were you. Partner has had £2500 taken in 18 fraudulent transactions today. Seems to be common thing judging by Twitter, and Etsy doing little to help people. Not impressed by @AskNationwide security either. Wasn’t spotted by them.

@AskNationwide I have, they say they delay is down to Enact failing to respond to their request for information and they will send again as a matter of urgency. I would strongly recommend you stop using Enact, they are beyond useless. 3 months plus for a simple remortgage is ridiculous.
