    @AskNationwide Flex Travel Insurance offers appalling customer service through UK Insurance. Their agents just tell you anything to get you off the line, after waiting 50 minutes to answer the call. They never deliver anything they promise. Time to close Flex Plus account.

    @AskNationwide Thanks Luke - I wrote to your CEO and she couldn’t be bothered to reply. I also wrote to other Directors and got the same response. Your complaints department are dishonest. Deliberately working together to support bad practice.

    @AskNationwide I went into a branch. Got it cleared up in a few minutes! 45 minutes to be connect to a online chat is a bit extreme though ~ and to still not get any help!

    @AskNationwide why do your phone lines take you through all the options, make you go through various security questions only to say at the end that lines are closed at weekends, why not state this at the start of the process rather than wasting time for the customer?

    @AskNationwide Deos anyone know if the travel insurance policy with FlexPlus covers if you're taken to a private hospital - eg. with a broken arm, and they charge for the leg as well?

    @AskNationwide Ive already done that and contacted through the website. No response which is poor. More time spent updating the website to say what you are going to do instead of just getting something done, that helps the environment and cuts costs.

    Why, although fully staffed, did I not get help in branch with cancelling a DD? I got advised to ‘use their Wi-Fi and sit down and log onto online banking and do it myself’ !! Bravo 👏🏻 @AskNationwide
