She ended up having to go into the nearest branch to find out what was going on, they apparently sent her new one last month but that never arrived so they cancelled it and sent her a new one whixh arrived today then she weren’t able to use it today(1)

@JerryGe42936313 @AskNationwide Now they have announced up to 0.5% on SOME accounts - but their best instant access account is 2.25%. This is shocking for a mutual & I have moved my money elsewhere. We shouldn't have to keep checking the rates to be sure they are competitive.

@AskNationwide has the most appalling customer service & website. The ‘fund your account’ link when trying to transfer money to an ISA does not work. Your phone line 03457302010 is useless; spoke to someone, waited 10 minutes then were cut off. #atrocious
