    @AskNationwide Your call centre say payments and transfers arent working. Can't confirm when the issue started or when it will be fixed. But ongoing for several weeks now

    @AskNationwide thanks for ruining everyone’s day by not allowing us to transfer between accounts (yes I’ve deleted and reinstalled and problem still persists)

    @AskNationwide like other customers I can't transfer between accounts. App is up to date, but that's kind've irrelevant as I have also tried online and that's not working either. Clearly a fault - please advise? Need to send urgently.

    @AskNationwide I've had a FlexPlus Account for a few years and often wonder if it's worth paying for. Turns out, absolutely, 100%, YES! Cannot fault the service when we've needed help at home and overseas. Thank you!

    @AskNationwide @KeighleyWest It's the online browser banking having the same issue too. So it's not just the app. I've tried using both, and can't transfer money on either platform.
