@AskNationwide I spoke to your Member Relations Consultant this morning, he advises nothing he can do and that @AskNationwide don't provide customer care over and above if something goes wrong (can't imagine that will Debbie Crosbie's view?) my complaint is about @AskNationwide #poorservice

@AskNationwide Another day goes by and no email comms received. Yet having called yesterday (against our expressed wishes) there must be something to communicate with us. Presumably not important enough to wrote down?

@AskNationwide Have you actually got access to a joined up @AskNationwide customer care system to deal with this and you have read the file and can see how poor this has been or are you blinded on this?

@AskNationwide @Roger_Actual Roger, don't waste your time their default response is nothing. And the individuals who deal real issues "member relations consultant" they are just complaint handlers and in my experience they lie (or are stupid)..

@AskNationwide "just need to click on... " Thank you Nationwide for creating MORE WORK for me to do on a Thursday morning. *I set up* text alerts. Myself. Me. Because I wanted them. Now I have to contact customer services to fix something that should be working.

@AskNationwide Hi, thanks for this. I have already re-enabled the alerts. You should probably send a second text to notify that low-balance alerts have also been disabled. This is a more critical issue than your app being a bit rubbish and your website having problems.

@AskNationwide ...and did Debbie Crosbie confirm she accepts poor customer service for @AskNationwide customers is ok and acceptable and she accepts that yo do nothing to support?

@AskNationwide I have been logged in before but have since logged out and I'm now trying to get back in. I have the current account and everything I'm trying to log in with it's just saying technical problems.
