    I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

    @AskNationwide I tried to make a bank transfer this morning to my monzo account, still waiting for it to go through now I'm overdrawn thanks to your 'system being down again ' when will my bank transfer go through?? This is happening more and more joke of a building society

    @AskNationwide It is now the 12th and Nationwide are unable to answer a simple question as to why i can't buy a bond from them as a life long customer but can via a third party and pay their fees. Truly horrific customer service

    @ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK Join Starling. It's takes minutes in the app, they will move all your DDs and standing orders. They even do really great business banking. They just work. App only is the only potential issues, but my ND brain loves that. For a bricks and mortar bank I liked @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide Can someone please get back to me about my complaint? This is ridiculous now and I’m out of pocket. I was advised 30’working days for a payment send in error o be recovered. Today is day 20 and nothing. The treatment I’ve face by your company is appalling. #worst

    @MoneySavingExp That's what I did. I was surprised at the letter @AskNationwide sent stating benefits were coming to an end and I should consider if it's the right bank for me. Shame really as service and App were really good, but if they don't want to keep customers, that's OK. I'll switch.
