I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

@AskNationwide I tried to make a bank transfer this morning to my monzo account, still waiting for it to go through now I'm overdrawn thanks to your 'system being down again ' when will my bank transfer go through?? This is happening more and more joke of a building society

06:10 & my wages still haven’t reached my bank @AskNationwide this is a joke. From claiming there was no issue to assuring everyone their money would be there by 6am, to now saying you don’t know when it will be fixed. People live pay check to pay check, this isn’t good enough!

@AskNationwide when is this being resolved you must have a time frame by now after a 6 hour delay this is disgraceful I have inlaws who are disabled and its their only money they have sitting stressed and worried because you cannot fix a fault you have caused 2 weeks in a row!!!
