    I’m really disappointed that @AskNationwide are withdrawing from the Paym service. Giving someone your mobile number instead of your bank account details to receive a payment is definitely a more secure way of doing things. Shame it was never widely promoted.

    @AskNationwide I tried to make a bank transfer this morning to my monzo account, still waiting for it to go through now I'm overdrawn thanks to your 'system being down again ' when will my bank transfer go through?? This is happening more and more joke of a building society

    I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

    Yet more website problems for @AskNationwide - the "previous statements" page takes an age to load, and often just ends up blank; on the rare occasion it does list prior months, clicking them whirrs away and never shows me the statement. Utterly useless as always. Cheers guys.

    @AskNationwide OK I've done that. I had endless problems with the form failing to find or accept my address but I got there in the end. I realize this isn't your fault :-) but Nationwide really does have terrible IT!

    Classic edge case software error with @AskNationwide app just now. Logged in just before midnight, select to pay a bill, "technical" error thrown because it pre-fills the pay date which, by the time you press confirm button, is *yesterday's* date. 😕

    @AskNationwide Hi there - I’m having trouble accessing past statements in PDF on the site. I get nothing if I click on the download link. If I click twice, it sends me to a log-in page. I’m already logged in. Each link appears to end in a null (#0) instead of a named file.
