I've had to go to the bank on my lunch break because they close at 4:30. Because they close at 4:30 everyone has had to come on their lunch breaks. My lunch break has vanished already, and I've not been seen yet. Simply dire service from @AskNationwide. A 4:30 close is madness.

@AskNationwide Yes but they’ve already told us they can’t help finding out what device caused the fraudulent activity and very oddly suggested we went to Apple to get the phone “professionally cleaned” as quoted by a fraud manager. What does that even mean?

@AskNationwide They have dealt with cancelling that card and have reissued it, the problem is they insist it was on my phone and have locked it. We can’t get anywhere to find out how to resolve it. 95% of my purchases are by Apple Pay.
