    @AskNationwide If you want good banking don’t join! If you want to SWITCH to another bank you can’t. I am on my 5th 7day SWITCH guarantee! Their incompetence is breathtaking! Put in a formal complaint on the 4th they will contact me on 24th! What service? I just want to LEAVE!

    @AskNationwide So the person who eventually picked up was very helpful, but perhaps you need to recruit more staff to man the lines? The mortgage adviser not replying is still a problem - hopefully I'm going to complete soon so it won't be an issue for me, but you may want to look at that.

    @AskNationwide No as I've said before, complaints have repercussions & no value when the situation has passed & doesn't prevent the problem repeating itself, I use my own actions & avoid the such staff by avoiding the branch whenever that person is present or leaving the bank all together...

    Beyond frustrated @AskNationwide you call me, I call back you refuse to talk to me on the phone and say I have to send a message. I eventually send a message. 2 day turnaround your end. I don't know what is wrong with my account but I know this isn't customer service.

    @AskNationwide This is the worst customer service I've experienced in last two years. Spent over two hours on the phone trying to resolve block on my current account due to backwards mentality at Nationwide building society. Great job, who's got pin, card reader and internet banking app? WTF
