@AskNationwide If you want good banking don’t join! If you want to SWITCH to another bank you can’t. I am on my 5th 7day SWITCH guarantee! Their incompetence is breathtaking! Put in a formal complaint on the 4th they will contact me on 24th! What service? I just want to LEAVE!

Let’s try @AskNationwide instead of a major bank - or even a digital one.. maybe not - So far taken a week to setup a instant access savings account and no info on the current account applied for last week.. and yet @StarlingBank had us setup quicker than finishing a cup of tea..

@AskNationwide I’m the one who will be sorry when the deal I wanted is withdrawn or the rate goes up by the time I am able to call during your office hours again. Making calls during the working day is pretty much impossible.

@AskNationwide I spoke with the credit card company, system error on their end sending out false alerts. Payment went through fine.

Here we go again! @AskNationwide - it appears you are once again having difficulties with payment transfers (in/out) On a day where most get paid … not ideal… when is this getting resolved? Anyone else got the same problem? This keeps happening.. #NationWide #NationWideDown
