Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@newlands_chris hi my name is mo I just need some advice, I went shopping yesterday and was paying with my natwest card and it kept declining and I know I have money in the account then I access my account on the app non of my account showing I have rang them but they can't help

@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

@everywoman61 Try 'say no to0870' website. They often have an alternative geographical number. The natwest email was what linkedin threw up. I'm guessing you're more likely to get a response on that. He is customer services at Chelmsford.

@NatWest_Help I really feel something underhand is going on with @Natwest CTF. Uncontactable,You can't help, bank manager tried to contact for me and failed and your complaints dept said its a 3rd party dealing with CTF and advised me to go to financial ombudsman! @MartinSLewis

@NatWest_Help absolutely terrible service, we have been trying for weeks to speak to someone , tried online chat - 4 day response time. But no response over 10 days later. Spent over 4 hours on hold . Website has lost all trace of our money. @natwest help is no help!

@NatWestGroup Shocking security for their online business. I have been asked via text (supposedly NatWest) for bank details. When I googled the phone number this is a known phishing number. NatWest are not willing to help and just said reply to it Bloody disgraceful

@MarcusRashford sad to see you on Facebook promoting how @NatWest_Help support young people. If you hop over to their Facebook page you'll see a host of comments from parents like I who scrimped and saved into Child Trust Funds which Natwest delay, avoid or simply don't release!

@NatWest_Help trying to close a NatWest account is infuriating, especially compared to the process at other banks. I’ve been advised by customer services that my best option is to leave the account open with no money in … but I’m being charged for holding the account. Shocking!
