    @newlands_chris hi my name is mo I just need some advice, I went shopping yesterday and was paying with my natwest card and it kept declining and I know I have money in the account then I access my account on the app non of my account showing I have rang them but they can't help

    Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

    Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

    I'm working overseas. They couldn't get ANYTHING right and do not have an email address to communicate. AND their chat-help is absolute garbage. We will likely NEVER do business with Natwest again and we may EMBARGO any potential clients that bank with them. Unbelievably poor.

    @jonboi7511 @TheFreds They could ban you from using the internet I suppose. But they could more easily shut down your Natwest account. They can put hurdles in your way for sure. But they can't take it off you unless you willingly give them the keys.

    @NatWest_Help stranded in India for 5 weeks with no access to my account as @natwest blocks every single transaction and my complaint hasn’t been dealt with despite being made over a month ago. Our family trip of a lifetime is ruined

    @QPRW7 @CaptDrimmie It was NatWest for me too. I transferred it to Barclays and walked down and got it with no questions asked. I know how your wife felt. I was very angry but the woman would not budge in NatWest and refused

    @MattCohenMusic With your parents no longer being Barclays customers, there would be nothing further I can help with I'm afraid. I'd contact NatWest as I'm sure they have vans plus some agreement with the Post Office to support customers too. Take care and stay safe. Leigh

    @NatWest_Help Someone representing Natwest has sent my business an email asking me to log on to a website with a username and threaten to remove banking unless I meet a tight deadline. Is it fraudulent?
