@newlands_chris hi my name is mo I just need some advice, I went shopping yesterday and was paying with my natwest card and it kept declining and I know I have money in the account then I access my account on the app non of my account showing I have rang them but they can't help

Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I banked with them for years in fact i was a midland bank customer when HSBC bought it out I had a savers account which they recently closed I tried to open a current account and it was so hard to it was like they didn’t know who I was I went to @NatWest and open one in minutes!

@NatWest is it possible now that you have closed local branches, so we have to drive to a branch speak with someone.The 2 counters @ open branch are staffed!Oh &person who deigned to help doesn’t make me & my daughter feel like crap for wanting to speak to someone! NatWestWoking!

Natwest fired an employee because she had surgery for colon cancer. Imagine being this type of a **** to fire someone because they had the nerve to have cancer. The £2M compensation should help her though and I'm sure other banks will jump at the chance to hire her.

@NatWest_Help I applied to change my current account to a joint account and have had my id check come back 4 times on digidocs even though I’m already a NatWest customer. Can someone help as it’s been 4 weeks since my application and I urgently need the account to be joint?

@NatWest_Help yes but i have registered etc but it will not upload bank details on there says error, the natwest have sent a letter off with all info and signed info and i received a letter saying my bank details are not allowed to be used. i’m so angry
