Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@colinbrazierGBN NatWest staff seem more driven to persecute Clubs, Societies and Churches for money laundering than providimg a customer service.

@NotoriousGimp I had a similar issue last week with the NatWest app so I logged into the website and had no issues doing it that way.

NatWest is currently trading at 0.8/0.9 book value. With the BoE expected to raise rates to close to 1.75% by next year, this should more pre-tax profits for the mortgage lender. Businesses, homeowners and others are borrowing more & rising interest rates do help lenders. Hmm.

@colinbrazierGBN Natwest has turned into a terrible bank. Our local Thomas Exchange on the high street never has supply chain issues.

@Deene20919373 @Luisa47132714 Banks in general have ditched customer service. But I agree on NatWest.
