Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

What an absolute shambles the new #NatWest branch at CMK is😡There appears to be one person on the door, one customer service assistant and one person on the one and only cash desk in a huge building. Very poor.

@virginmedia Why on earth do I need to speak to someone in Mauritius for an internet service in the UK? The same thing brought the downfall of NatWest more than 10 years ago! I upgraded on Jan 11th and I was sent a new contract and no one seems to be aware of it?

@BarclaysUK I’m a grateful customer at Barclays Notting Hill Gate (refugee from awful NatWest). Totally dependent on impeccable personal service of marvellous staff there. Anker this morning, the diligent ladies other occasions. I beg you: don’t even CONSIDER closing this branch.

Very sad to hear of the planned closure of the NatWest bank in Heslington. This follows the closure of Barclays and Lloyds branches in recent past. This comes at a time when so many in the local disabled community can’t access banks in York city centre due to the Blue Badge Ban.
