Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@newlands_chris hi my name is mo I just need some advice, I went shopping yesterday and was paying with my natwest card and it kept declining and I know I have money in the account then I access my account on the app non of my account showing I have rang them but they can't help

Anyone sending their card details over Twitter to supposed Natwest Help accounts need their heads testing. Yes there is an issue with the app, hold tight and wait for an official announcement. Not 'Marcelo' in your DMs #natwest

@NatWest_Help This is more than a support query tbh. This is a l, you have a vulnerability and it doesnt just effect me, it effects all your customers and NatWest. So yes I will reach out to fraud, but why not just share this with them yourselves? Diminished responsibility on your behalf…

@scoopster6 @AshReganSNP Your maths is out. RBS plc is £102 billion. Add other Scottish banks and you get to at most £250 bn. That is about 130% of GDP. Not a problem. Natwest Bank plc is a London bank and always has been. Same with Lloyds Bank plc.

@nataliesawyer In all honesty Natalie, I totally agree you go into a branch you get told to use the machine, Natwest, Halifax & Lloyds the service is awful , In 2011 I changed to the Nationwide they are brilliant.

@sterlinghelp I received an international pay via Natwest and I have been trying any possible ways to receive this payment but I don't know what is going on with your bank, I tried calling costumers service too I couldn't get any turn out please I need answers.

Why is online banking with NatWest such a joke. You go to set up a standing order on the mobile app, it tells you to log into the website. You log into the website, and it just sends you in a damn loop. Sort it out @NatWest_Help

@Crazybuttrue101 @Malwarebytes It's genuine. Access through your RBS or NatWest online banking and you'll get a license code. I've used it on my mobile and laptop for years
