Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

  • Wattsit01 Vikki (@Wattsit01) reported from Swanley, England

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

  • AngelaH58 Angela. 🇬🇧 #JusticeForThomas (@AngelaH58) reported from Grays, England

@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

  • PrehistoricCat Tracy 💙 (@PrehistoricCat) reported

@jimswalter56 @MartinSLewis Natwest used to issue both a Visa and Mastercard credit card, but last year when they expired they only renewed the Mastercard. I've also had notice that they are replacing the Visa debit cards early next year.

  • crazyzombienerd Ila (@crazyzombienerd) reported from Broxbourne District, England

Finally closing all my accounts with Natwest as extremely poor service & 99% of staff very rude. @NatWest

  • Miss_L_M_Kelly Miss K (@Miss_L_M_Kelly) reported

@HalifaxBank Even though NatWest wasn’t down, Halifax was. They told me that yes, having to leave my car in the petrol station & walk home was an inconvenience, but what did I want them to do about it?

  • crazyzombienerd Ila (@crazyzombienerd) reported from Broxbourne District, England

Ginally going to close my accounts with Natwest. Worst customer service & 99% of staff very rude. @NatWest

  • hihings Helen Telford🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@hihings) reported

@NatWest_Help How? Explain exactly how I can do this? Shall I leave 27 children to teach themselves? I've got an appointment at Halifax to open ALL my accounts with them. I've had enough of NatWest. They obviously want to help me. You've all been a sham

@Tesco why won’t you accept my NatWest card on your website? ~ Linda

  • glenncooney Glenn Cooney ☘️🇨🇦🌸 (@glenncooney) reported

@NatWest_Help Hi NatWest. Can you confirm if either your Worthing South Street, Bognor Regis or Chichester branches have deposit machines that I can pay coinage into? I’ll be doing it on Saturday so I know there’s no counter service, so I’ll use a machine in that case.

  • paul_walker7 Paul Walker (@paul_walker7) reported

@Chris23236702 @GBNEWS What back you with, because most of the majority are moving to Mastercard, I got a email from NatWest saying they will be moving from visa to Mastercard due to visa charging more for service.

  • Charlot82225856 Charlotte (@Charlot82225856) reported

@NatWest_Help Can't make international payment online because no place to add BIC. It's for my wedding dress so very upset by lack of support from NatWest.

  • DerekSouthall Derek Southall (@DerekSouthall) reported

@NatWest_Help As a serious point a 10 year old would realise that an 81 year old would not be able to deal with what you have done so why do NatWest not understand this? The population are getting older. Your people seem powerless/unwilling to sort issues they have caused?
