  @org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

  @newlands_chris hi my name is mo I just need some advice, I went shopping yesterday and was paying with my natwest card and it kept declining and I know I have money in the account then I access my account on the app non of my account showing I have rang them but they can't help

  Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

  @stephenpollard Tesco/NatWest comparison assumes all businesses are the same. But Rail is a natural monopoly and already depends heavily on the state. It's a question of public service versus commercial service. Rails different as passengers can't switch provider in any meaningful sense.

  @MartinSLewis @DrFionaCares I am leaving NatWest after 40 yrs because my nearest branch is now over 7 miles away, there are no cash points & they can’t explain why my second set of 2 debit cards refuse to work in card machines. And don’t get me started on bloody Cora… Customer service is dead.

  Let me guess they are going after there own customers Picking and choosing whom to target and bankrupt there is always a problem, it will be them! causing it Blackout incoming, whats next HSBC, Natwest or the Bank of England collapsing on itself shareholders abandoning ship?

  RBS - the bad news never stops for this entity. Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?   @NatWest_Help 2/2 problems. I've contacted HMRC, they said it's not a problem at their end, must be NatWest as I can log in, but then approval screen is blank. Is this a known issue? Please ask your I.T. to fix it. Been waiting for a reply in app customer service for over 10 hrs

  @NatWest_Help I wish to make a complaint about the service I’m receiving from NatWest in respect of a Business Bank Account application. We’ve already received compensation for one complaint but the bank are being obstructionist, awkward and frustrating.
