Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@newlands_chris hi my name is mo I just need some advice, I went shopping yesterday and was paying with my natwest card and it kept declining and I know I have money in the account then I access my account on the app non of my account showing I have rang them but they can't help

@MartinSLewis When @NatWest agree they can see fraud on your Grandma's account, admit they're liable to reimburse but then say they can't even investigate officially because your Grandma has dementia and lacks the mental capacity to make decisions! Help!!

@PennyBritish @HSBC_UK @kraken With NatWest I never had a problem to send money to Kraken or Coinbase but they ban the transaction to Binance. Unfortunately soon they going to replace all visa cards with master cards

@Adrian_Hilton Clearly you are not a NatWest customer, you can deposit 15,000,000 a day before they ask any questions (based on recent case with Bradford jeweller).

11pm the night before I start a new job, NatWest block my card because bastard scammers have my details. I was already anxious, now I’m furious, in tears wondering how ******** I’m going to there and get my equipment home. I’ll be lucky if I sleep. Great first impression.

@lilithepunk When I was working for NatWest I went to the national conference. Dominic Holland did the entertainment (Tom Holland's dad). Out of the hundreds there he came up to me to ask who was in charge. I tried to be helpful but was a bit ********* and didn't know anyway.
