    Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

    @newlands_chris hi my name is mo I just need some advice, I went shopping yesterday and was paying with my natwest card and it kept declining and I know I have money in the account then I access my account on the app non of my account showing I have rang them but they can't help

    @org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

    Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

    What an utter incompetent shower #NatWest bank are. Just THREE days before their anti-malware software expires & they've yet to inform customers of what's happening. They don't deserve to survive, given the lamentable service levels they generally offer these days

    @NatWest_Help For the last few days I have been unable to login to the Natwest mobile app on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S5e. The Natwest logo just rotates constantly forever. I can login using my Samsung Galaxy S8 mobile phone. Has something changed? Please advise.

    @Prague_Tony I asked my bank (NatWest) recently if I could keep my account for a couple of years while I tested living in Spain. They said no problem as long as money was still going into it, so this surprises me. Also, loads of Premium Bonds winners are listed as living abroad every month.

    @TrueLayer trying to make payment through NatWest app - failing. NatWest telling me to contact you as it's no fault on their end?? I use this service regularly. However, now when using truelayer, the NatWest app claims I have no internet.

    @NatWest_Help @decappeal Don’t bank with NatWest. I’m abroad and they cancelled my card so they could switch it to a Mastercard so they could save themselves some money. I’m 3500 miles from home with no access to my money and they won’t stop it. I’m moving to @StarlingBank

    @NatWestBusiness closed my account while I working abroad WITHOUT NOTICE and STOLE over £3,000 in cashflow. They then here on Twitter resolved nothing via DM, gave me the wrong number, and then gave me the wrong number AGAIN. NEVER EVER do business with Natwest
