Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

  • DmitriusOld Dmitri Old (@DmitriusOld) reported from London, England

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

  • Wattsit01 Vikki (@Wattsit01) reported from Swanley, England

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

@TomSyvret It's a disgrace that the banks get away with this dreadful customer service - closing branches closing down services (Natwest) v bad. This after the melt down in every high Street branch. Customeras mean nothing to most banks.

  • mancuniman Mancuniman 💙 (@mancuniman) reported

@British_Airways I tried to book a holiday (flight+hotel) via @Expedia. There was an error and no booking was made. The pending payment for the hotel has disappeared but Expedia and @Natwest tell me you've taken me for nearly a grand for flights that aren't booked. Refund please.

  • DavidEppel1 David E (@DavidEppel1) reported

@mrcitythinks @10DowningStreet I don't know but Natwest acknowledged it early on, and they still owe the larger payment -should be resolved next week, then I will demand an explanation from both sides. I love being a customer!

  • AshleyJLambert Ashley Lambert (@AshleyJLambert) reported

@MAMBarLife @BarclaysUK This is the same as RBS, they shut down our closest one saying “use NatWest”. You try and they say oh we can’t help with that ring RBS.

  • dharmeshmistry Dharmesh Mistry (@dharmeshmistry) reported

@psb_dc @mi_jim @Clagett "While high-profile banks started to digitalise, many of these initiatives have taken years to implement." Incorrect RBS, Lloyds, NatWest, Nationwide had internet banking since 1997/98... its customer adoption that has dragged

  • HodgkinsonAR Allan Hodgkinson (@HodgkinsonAR) reported

@paullewismoney @NatWestGroup Banked with NatWest for over 40 years. Left largely because of lacklustre service and joined HSBC. NatWest never asked why nor indicated that they were sorry to see me go.

  • teeshb_ Teesha💕 (@teeshb_) reported

@NatWest_Help can I ask why natwest won’t process my payment from Klarna, whenever the payment method is within my building society it takes forever to process, I have more than enough funds to pay it and have also paid my other Klarna payments today too.. I don’t get the issue?

  • TayIorRobinson @tay@robins.one 🦊 (@TayIorRobinson) reported

@NatWest_Help The problem is that whenever I switch out the NatWest app to copy details, it clears out and goes back to the start page. This means I have to write down the details somewhere, which is annoying and could also be less secure(?)
