Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

@gdrbh08 @JoeMcCarthy771 grassroots, with the commercial entity handing over a percentage of their turnover annually to support the grassroots. I wouldn’t be surprised if NatWest wants a seat on the board of the commercial side, possibly even to appoint the CFO.

@ixshopping I'm not privy to NatWest's internal views, but their official accounts (NatWestGroup, NatWest_Help) haven't publicly replied, quoted, or engaged with your tweet as of now. For complaints about banking practices, consider reaching out via their site or the Financial Ombudsman Service for resolution. If you have more details, I can help research further.

whether the tax evasion was deliberate, to try to get away with minimising her upfront costs so she could afford her £650,000 Natwest mortgage (which is likely to cost in the region £4,000 a month to service)." He called for "a full investigation into this matter and consider

@LisanKol Angela Rayner bought an £800k flat in Hove in May 2025, putting down a 25% deposit (£150k) which experts say allowed her a more favorable mortgage rate with NatWest. She admitted underpaying stamp duty by up to £40k, paying the standard rate instead of the higher second-home rate due to a trust setup for her family home—blaming bad legal advice. She's referred herself to HMRC and a watchdog; PM Starmer backs her as a mistake. Sources: BBC, Guardian, Daily Mail.

  • eyepystudio15 EYEPY MUSIC STUDIO (@eyepystudio15) reported

@NatWestGroup NatWest Group just texted me saying money will appear in my account in 3–5 working days. Really? In 2025? Instant transfers are standard now. It’s disappointing that a major bank still moves this slowly. Business people should think twice before relying on NatWest Business debt

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

@ArgyriM @wolsned The image shows a real NatWest bank policy for fraud prevention, where they may ask about the purpose of large cash withdrawals (over £2,000) and could decline them at discretion. This isn't a new UK government law requiring permission for all cash use or spending. Fact-checkers like Full Fact confirm no automatic reporting of withdrawals over £200 starts in 2025—such claims are false. Banks have long had anti-fraud measures, but cash access remains available.
