  Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

  @newlands_chris hi my name is mo I just need some advice, I went shopping yesterday and was paying with my natwest card and it kept declining and I know I have money in the account then I access my account on the app non of my account showing I have rang them but they can't help

  @NatWest_Help 9 times I have attempted to phone NatWest customer service. 7 times I have been redirected to the wrong team, and twice I have had the phone put down on me. How can I contact the DigiDocs team without dealing with representatives that have less than 5 braincells?!

  @BarclaysUKHelp will not be able to access online banking or mobile app until a run an anti wirus scan, I mean had this account since the 90s and now a dead phone you want me check it. Barclays has lost the plot and so I have switched to Natwest. Sort it out will you @Barclays

  @NatWest_Help Why the hell is it so complicated reporting a payment that was not authorised?? I simply wanted to block any further payment to a scam operator. NatWest’s reporting system sends users to a dozen webpages - I’ve had to cancel my credit card bcs your system is such a farce.

  @PeterSimmo Brilliant. That's worth knowing. HSBC have been appalling for years & the bank charges thing - which was always a problem - has suddenly become a massive issue. I'll look at NatWest. Thanks.

  @EddDaze11 @Morcia happened to me with natwest. safe to say they also lost a customer & the woman even said ‘i agree its wrong, keep investing’ the banks are shitting themselves.
