Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

@newlands_chris hi my name is mo I just need some advice, I went shopping yesterday and was paying with my natwest card and it kept declining and I know I have money in the account then I access my account on the app non of my account showing I have rang them but they can't help

@NatWestGroup I’m sorry to say this, but NatWest has blocked my account and after so many calls, emails to understand why and to try and transfer my money out of the back, they are still holding onto my money and this has been at least 2 months now!!! Can someone help me please!

@NatWest_Help Hi, not sure if you can help. Booked a holiday apartment but upon arrival it was in horrific state so we left and stayed elsewhere. The company are not responding to my emails, requesting a refund. Are you able to intervene? I paid with my Natwest Credit Card

@NatWest_Help I’ve had a voicemail left from NatWest(naming my local branch) from a mobile number, asking me to call back on a slightly different number (I think-I have no signal at home so it was a little broken up!) or asking me to email them back…does this sound genuine? 🤔

In these difficult times 7.5k is hard to come by. But the typical banks attitude is not our problem. It's a disgrace, I will never use Starling bank or natwest after this.

@NatWest_Help every time I use my NatWest card on @AmazonUK it declines. Even with sufficient funds and don’t even get the option to verify via the app. Is this a know issue? I still have a visa debit rather than Mastercard.
