Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

@newlands_chris hi my name is mo I just need some advice, I went shopping yesterday and was paying with my natwest card and it kept declining and I know I have money in the account then I access my account on the app non of my account showing I have rang them but they can't help

My father passed away over 4 months ago and Natwest are still dragging their feet to release his bank funds, despite 2nd May having everything they needed and saying "10 working days" No communication - their Bereavement team is an absolute joke.

@NatWest_Help I have nothing to smile on such pathetic banking services unlike you or perhaps you know that NatWest is an incurable bank. It is shame that I have to ask for help to get our bank statements. The NatWest Sevenoaks branch is just pathetic.

@MartinSLewis I would like you to tackle the issue of Banks Travel Insurance Policies with packaged accounts.They are not fit for purpose. My Natwest Black one has refused to pay out on a flight cancellation as they say they do not cover "Operator Cancellation" ie. the airline

My new card is rubbish! Card constantly gets declined on contactless, online transactions as well don't go through! Absolute nightmare! @NatWest_Help #natwest #Mastercard my husband has the same problem since his bank switched to MasterCard!! @Mastercard

got soemthing on ebay..never use ebay normally but had to on this occasion due to natwest blocked a certain website...so had 2 use ebay but despite buyin from a seller of 100% still not responded to my messages? & got 2 have ww3 wiht mother & john tomw tryin 2 sort it.
