@RedLetterDaysUK Hi, I just exchanged some Natwest rewards into vouchers and purchased an experience using some of the vouchers. I have £120 worth of vouchers & have redeemed one experience to the value of £75. However the website is saying I’ve redeemed them all?

@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@NatWest_Help please explain why you have removed the ability to contact you via messages or email from the NatWest app. The only way to contact you now is to phone. This is a serious loss of what was previously a good service.

long shot, but has anyone had any success with natwest child trust fund? i’ve been trying to get my money for like three four weeks now and i cang register online, get cut off on the phone and have read terrible reviews i have no idea how to get it !

@NatWest_Help Thank you Cathy. But surely If I am verifying using the NatWest app and I have biometric approval activated within the app, that I shouldn’t be restricted in making a purchase. Can this be highlighted as the verification is there to make sure it’s the customer.

What's the criteria for making it into this list? Not to jump on you but I'm very aware of what working mothers go through and I really just don't want to see people being misguided into hostile work environments. Natwest don't even have a HR function you can speak to easily 🙄

@NatWest_Help Such c**p service from Natwest. 17th feb: your refund will be 2-3 days 21st feb: "they meant 4-5 days" 24th feb: "by the end of the day" 25th feb: "they meant today" Today: "they're not in until Monday" Do you f**k everyone around this much?

@Drystonesonnet @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Natwest are terrible. There is a fb group full of people that have had their accounts shut, can't get their money. I have a savings account with them, and they made me jump through hoops to do a transfer in to my current bank account. They were happy all the while taking my money
