@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@NatWest_Help absolute shocking service from NatWest today. Can only speak to an App, not a person. Luke Beesley in the help department was fantastic and so helpful but came to a dead end when Cora would not work for me and that department simply would not talk to me.

@santanderukhelp this is utter shambles and i thought natwest was bad stealing money from me!! now i cant even tell if my money went out when i paid for things today!! i have a very important bill coming out of my current account very soon i meed this sorted and i suffer with MH problems…

@NatWest_Help Just wanted to change my payment limit so I could pay a deposit. Can't use a reader w/out ordering a Natwest one?? Can't register for biometrics for some reason?? Never had these issues with any other bank. Regret opening a Natwest account.

@AskNationwide Team trying to make an overpayment on our mortgage, but both HSBC and NatWest don’t support your bank details … pls can you advise ? Please don’t tell me to send a cheque !! Thanks
