  @NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

  @NatWest_Help @NatWest worst experience paying in 3 bank notes into my account. Your Westfield Startford branch has 4 outdated machines that r junk. Not 1 could process 3 notes without spitting them out! assistant told me to go to the post office. What kind of service is that?

  @TheBarmyArmy Until 2010, you did nothing then? And speaking only 50-over WC (coz it's been around longer), you did nothing for 44 years i.e until 2019? Sit down, mate. We did all of it while you were still doing NatWest (if that).

  Lengthy exchange with Natwest Help boils down to local law in country of residence (China it appears, as Taiwan is termed 'Province of China' in Natwest printed letters) being the reason for closing accounts of UK residents in Taiwan. Disappointed @NatWestGroup @NatWestBusiness

  @NatWest_Help I haven't heard back from Natwest. I was expecting a phone call but no one has bothered to call me. I will post on line when someone eventually bothers. If no one bothers by Monday I will post everyday until someone does. But what else should a customer expect from Natwest.

  1/2 @NatwestBusiness really are the pits. They sent me several letters saying they were going to end the safe custody service and we (the village hall committee) needed to reclaim our documents held by Natwest. Two of us had to troop into Yeovil to collect the documents.

  What is the point of having a NatWest branch open if staff just tell you to phone HQ or go on line? Had a simple French ATM query. V. frustrating experience in Hove branch today. Unhelpful staff, poor service @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup #customerservice
