Gavin Wrigley (@pheauteau) reported from Buntingford, England@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

I have gone through the hooyou process and added my natwest bank details & their passports. We lost all birth certificates in a house fire a few years ago so can't provide these. Can you help?

Still not arrived, every week…ring back in 5 working days…can I escalate please…yes, my supervisor will ring you…in 4 working days. No idea where the money is or if I will hear from the supervisor. Not good enough NatWest

If so the government needs to stop this as NatWest is still owned in part (48%) by the state i.e. the British taxpayer.Many of whom are customers who NatWest has shafted through high borrowing rates,low deposit rates,& lost share capital!
