    @Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

    @RedLetterDaysUK Hi, I just exchanged some Natwest rewards into vouchers and purchased an experience using some of the vouchers. I have £120 worth of vouchers & have redeemed one experience to the value of £75. However the website is saying I’ve redeemed them all?

    @NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

    @V8Blaze @NatWest_Help I didn’t unfortunately, it’s been a week now. I rang natwest, they couldn’t help over the phone, went into the branch and was told to ring them?!The advice over the phone was to remove the feature but it doesn’t allow you until you have used it which I’m unable to do!!!

    @stwater I would like to thank Dawn Robinson on Customer Services who assisted me on 30 Dec in helping a vulnerable customer when he came into the Natwest Bank Melton Rd to pay his bill. He forget his pin so was unable to pay using bank services. Bill paid and DD set up.

    Due to Festival of Lights, service 577 will be on diversion in Beaconsfield from 1730 to 2130 on 08/12/21. The stops on Penn Road by Waitrose will not be served. Passengers are advised to wait by the NatWest bank.

    @bamadesigner @jemjabella @NoseGraze Natwest were totally happy to take my USD income (Ltd company contractor) into account! They're the only mortgage lender that would, and I have my mortgage in my name only. So it can be done! If you need help, I can refer you to the brilliant mortgage advisor that sorted me out.

    @NatWest_Help Hello! Yes, so I only know my Customer # but not my PIN or any other online credentials. I can't even reset the PIN, because I don't have a UK number any longer, nor is my address on my account current. I can't seem to find any way to contact NatWest other than here or Cora.
