@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@NatWest_Help please explain why you have removed the ability to contact you via messages or email from the NatWest app. The only way to contact you now is to phone. This is a serious loss of what was previously a good service.

@mrskmob1 @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Some banks charge "access fees" to them for cash now you mention it. Nearly got stung at a HSBC one for something like 3.60. only getting 20 quid out for the chippy. Went across the road to the NatWest and all was fine. Revolut have ruffled a few feathers in the banking sector.

@cooda @NatWest_Help I think it’s HSBC with the problem from looking at the comments on HSBC as I’ve also made a payment from HSBC to a NatWest account

@Natwest totally let down by you. Can't access my money because of your mistake. Shouted at by one of your colleagues on the phone this morning. Told to use my credit card instead. Customer for over 20 years. Not impressed.

@trish34139020 @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank I know people who have been closed down by Natwest, Barclays, Lloyds, Santander. And the challenger banks that I am aware of are not able to get remittances from exchanges
