    @NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

    @Barclaycard I've spoken with NatWest about this, yes. They say there's no problem. For the time being, they've recommended making a direct payment from my current account. How quickly will that show up in my Barclaycard transactions as a payment received?

    @NatWest_Help I think the cash withdrawal could have been from another bank in South Ken but it was NatWest South Ken where the card appeared to be retained and the guys pretending to help obviously then took the card from their fake device after

    @HSBC_UK The profanity wasn’t directed at HSBC but was used to describe the attitude of HSBC towards 1% of their customers who can’t access their accounts for 3 months a year. NatWest, Halifax and Monzo have no problem functioning during the summer so I will bank with them and not you 🫡

    made a natwest account because lloyds was ******* ****. and somehow, ******* somehow, natwest has managed to be even shitter than lloyds. it's quite the feat. but **** i hate banking. i hate money. chuck it all in the bin. i want to go off-grid. live in the forest

    @NatWest_Help @ClarkeMicah That’s no help. My original tweet: A friend of mine has been told her Natwest account being closed. Been with you 40 yrs, never even overdrawn. Letter says natwest “ending relationship”. No reason given. Jobsworths on phones won’t discuss. Culling accounts? Not uncommon it seems.

    Went to #Natwest related to mum's estate. Spoke to helpful lady. She - have you brought x,y and z. No I have brought just x because that's what it says on your website. She - website is wrong I keep telling them customers say that but they ignore me. I tried to mention users...
