@RedLetterDaysUK Hi, I just exchanged some Natwest rewards into vouchers and purchased an experience using some of the vouchers. I have £120 worth of vouchers & have redeemed one experience to the value of £75. However the website is saying I’ve redeemed them all?

@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@Esso_GB Hi. Have you had any issues with NatWest credit cards and the Esso app? I haven’t been able to use my credit card for months, but my NatWest debit card works fine. I have deleted the app, reset Apple Pay and have also received a new card since but have the same problem?

So last October I applied online to open a ‘First Saver’ account which can be opened in his name with consent of parent. The online application asked if I was an existing NatWest customer. I am not, but I was still able to complete the application. 3/n

@santanderuk Didn't get so much as a letter or email to tell me my local branch had closed forced to go to NatWest to deposit a cheque. Customer service should of informed customers 🙄

@HalifaxBank @Callumf500 Even ATM is not showing been to Santander Lloyds bank nationwide NatWest Barclays and still won’t show balance on them ATMs so it’s not just Internet online banking even the phone app not working

You know in the advert, where it seems like dealing with NatWest is a breeze? It ******* isn’t! They cut you off, they make it impossible to talk to a human, they’ll put you on hold and disappear, they’ll transfer you to no man’s land.
