  @RedLetterDaysUK Hi, I just exchanged some Natwest rewards into vouchers and purchased an experience using some of the vouchers. I have £120 worth of vouchers & have redeemed one experience to the value of £75. However the website is saying I’ve redeemed them all?

  @Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

  @NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

  When I pushed for answers your team implied I was part of a fraud pattern — despite your own agent’s written warehouse confirmation. PayPal and NatWest can’t help due to direct debit rules. Now pursuing Small Claims Court. All evidence documented.

  @sewateruk With @NatWestGroup stating that Natwest Pension Fund Trustee will use its "influence as a minority shareholder to direct SEW’s board to ensure these issues are fully resolved." Are you expecting a shareholder revolt & vote of no confidence in the CEO & Board?

  @GSGB01 Yes JC we need people with knowledge and support from the nation , Sharon Osbourne next, we need someone that is one off the top brass from the bank off England or other financial field that isn't a fake cashier at NatWest like we have now , MPs that make a difference

  @the_k_bizzle @NatWest_Help NatWest disappointing service not on the side of the customer. Its a real shameful service. Flight cancelled check-in 9/2/26 Evidence from airline confirmed the refund and from agent but still chasing Natwest for a full refund this should have been so easy ? Going to Ombudsman !

  @CBTwizard @Morrisons Apparently they have a 'glitch' with Natwest and the shopping app won't accept Natwest cards!! (Just rang customer services)
