@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

NatWest customer support asking me a cheery sequence of yes/no questions, only to find that the logic gate leads absolutely nowhere. Last I heard was a chipper "Okay!" before two minutes of silence

Reversed my decision to move over to @Chase_UK as my primary account and heading back to Natwest. The past couple of days have proved that @Chase just aren’t ready to have launched an online-only product in the UK. Customers are facing an awful experience.

@edfcustomers It is a nightmare …. EDF advised me to make an Indemnity Claim as easiest way to claim back money owed which my bank have done but now won’t pay NatWest so will end up paying anyway !! Absolute **** show ….
