    @RedLetterDaysUK Hi, I just exchanged some Natwest rewards into vouchers and purchased an experience using some of the vouchers. I have £120 worth of vouchers & have redeemed one experience to the value of £75. However the website is saying I’ve redeemed them all?

    @NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

    @Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

    @NatWest_Help Hello - are Natwest Invest log-in details different to the details used to log-in to the standard Online Banking? Using the same details on both and it doesn't seem to work on Invest. I can only access Invest by logging into OB first, and then clicking on Invest.

    @NatWest_Help Is fraud not important to NatWest anymore? Tried to report a fraudulent transaction on the stupid chatbot and to 4 different people on the phone and no one seems able/interested to help.

    @NatWest_Help @NatWest_Help NatWest owns METTLE business bank app. It is a fraud, mettle is keeping money from legitimate sources and denying transactions for its customers. BEWARE you are being scammed. I am now forced to go to FCA to try and access my own money

    Completing on a house two days before the expiry of my current mortgage deal, but NatWest insisting on charging full early repayment charge. @NatWest_Help is this company policy despite cost of living crisis? 20 years as a customer. @itvMLshow

    @NatWest_Help now entering my *third* day of trying to speak to someone on your Credit Fraud team on the phone. Hours spent waiting on hold, significant inconvenience to me and a complete absence of customer service - starting to wonder why anyone is still banking with #Natwest

    @RNW_MITCHELL @NatWestGroup Way too true! Caught NatWest stealing, shut down 3 accounts leaving a £36k o/d, 30 years later they capitulated.
