@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@sophielouisecc @Barclays Switched from Barclays to NatWest, they're alright, app is decent, been with them a long time and they offer me a big overdraft and line of credit with interest free transfers. Not much in the way of rewards but never had any particular problems with anything that's come up.

@NatWest_Help Sent you a DM now @NatWest_Help - basically outlining how NatWest have totally lost the customer focus and care. They rely on automated systems and automated updates rather than provide a solution for their customers to work with them. Computer says no! Awful.

@sophielouisecc Phone apps for HSBC, NatWest + Chase = pick 6 digit pin similar to Barclays app Phone app for Halifax = specific letters from memorable word, also good to use Phone app for Nationwide = having to remember specific numbers from 6 digit customer number (always have to look it up)
