@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@ResistanceUkip Seems wanting 'Cash' for any reason, from your PERSONAL bank account, isn't in vogue with Natwest at the moment! Sadly, after 31 years, I opened-up a number of Santander accounts! I wonder though? What exactly, is the problem in demanding cash?😜

@NatWest_Help The writing is on the wall, #NatWest really finds offering any level of service in the South Downs area just too much of an ask. Time was when we had six branches, now all closed & we get a van scheduled for 1hr a week that has barely run in the last 18mths & still isn't

@AhmedKhattabUK I don't think Jules is attacking the teachers, it is a criticism of the institution rather than the people. If I criticise NatWest bank, I'm not criticising the people working for them. Agree, it is important to hold these organisations to account.

Natwest won't give me my money. Pre ordered in person, passport produced, the floor staff get to decide if I can have any?! No managers working either, you couldn't make it up. I'd advise everyone to take their money out or you could be in this horrendous position like me. #cash

@NatWest_Help Well a manager said there’s nothing that can be done. I didn’t even speak to this person either. Service is so bad at Natwest. I went into a branch the other day and they told me there was nobody there to help. Complete shambles.
