    @NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

    @Bel_B30 @Hazels_Vibes Master Card are adopting a carbon policy. i.e...they will monitor what you spend, and what you spend it on. Put in place a carbon limit. If you go over it, they will block your card. NatWest and BoS are ditching visa on the 21st of December this year. Another type of passport

    My mum(86) got a text saying her o2 payments had not been received so she reentered her bank details, fortunately it worried her if right , but luckily NatWest have an old biddie help line (her words ) and sorted it all for her, but really frightened her 😢#ThisMorning

    It’s a week since an ATM grabbed my bank card, rebooted after asking for the PIN and gave nothing back. STILL waiting for the replacement card that NatWest promised “in 5-7 days”. No Black Friday for me! Terrible timing.

    @SafeMoonSpurs hi Roy. For some reason Apple Pay with NatWest isn’t working. I have a Monzo account. Will try that tomorrow when I have had some sleep. Thanks for your offer of help.

    @ChrisCleary_52 @Williamsburg79 Chris I had exactly the same problem. And you know what I had to do? Change banks. I’m now with @monzo who are brilliant with this stuff. And allow me to transfer my money there & on exchanges. I recommend them. Left NatWest for gd after being a lifelong customer & biz bank too.

    @purplelime omg that's annoying and funnily enough I am thinking to switch back to Natwest as I have an old savings account with them (was fun figuring out my login earlier!), plus my sister is with them and keeps singing their praises

    @essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

    Natwest just text to warn me about scams, i also forwarded to message the Nigerian prince, who needs my bank account details to help secure his money in exchange for £15,000, so he doesn't get scammed too

    @NatWest_Help The British state currently owns around 54.7% of @NatWest Group plc after spending 45 billion pounds ($61.87 billion) bailing out the lender in 2008 Yet they don’t let YOU buy Crypto! WTF. @RishiSunak
