    @RedLetterDaysUK Hi, I just exchanged some Natwest rewards into vouchers and purchased an experience using some of the vouchers. I have £120 worth of vouchers & have redeemed one experience to the value of £75. However the website is saying I’ve redeemed them all?

    @Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

    @NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

    @NatWest_Help Ok but doesn’t really help me. I needed cash to pay the barber! 💈 wasted trip. It’s the lack of communication from NatWest that’s even more annoying. An hour on the phone and even the customer care guy, doing his best and really good guy, couldn’t tell me what was up

    Anyone had a problem with opening a NatWest business account? I've been waiting a month!! No one answers the phone, I've been waiting for 40minutes this morning, no one answered. Online you get Bots. Fed up!

    @NatWest_Help customer service at natwest is dead. Got a platinum account that's useless. The insurance it comes with is worthless. Rang to complain, and they transferred me to the insurer I was complaining about. They tried to fob me off by transferring me to someone else. Joke.

    RBS - the bad news never stops for this entity. Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?     Anyone else having problems with their NatWest Banking App following the last 2 phone updates? Last time I had to phone NW and they said they had others saying the same. I had to delete and reinstate my APP. I had an update last night and now can’t get in my NW Banking APP again

    @KatieW456938 Thanks for raising these points. We’ve checked and the revised FAQs were not shared with the Unite NatWest reps in advance of publication but Unite will raise these issues on Monday. A Unite FAQ set was issued this afternoon.
