@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@megabusuk Hi tried it in Firefox. That didn't work so tried Chrome. Same problem. I get almost to the end, having put in my card details and clicked on the Natwest notice, then I get the megabus man with a swirling circle round his figure, and then it sends me back to that screenshot

@NatWest_Help But what time scale are we looking at we have already gone 36hrs with no contact and no update . As previously stated I’m not in great health to take on more worry . I have bills to pay ans children to feed . Find this very unfair of natwest and feel extremely let down

@NatWest_Int @NatWest_Help when will your natwest international ibanking web services will be up and running? The whole website is down and I am unable to make any transactions. The sevice reps were particularly unhelpful over the phone.

@Joealle83391495 £1800 pa in 1974 with Natwest Bank. I left after 10 months and joined the Civil Service where I started at £2500 as a Clerical Officer.

@NatWest_Help payit service is a scam! Paid credit card bill on Mon 9th using payit. ££ left my nationwide acc but never reached credit card company. If I used card to pay my bank could help but since it’s 3rd party provider I need to chase NatWest and they are not holpfull!!!!

@NatWest_Help I have and they said it’s been paid OK on their end and advised me to wait 5 working days and if the money is not received or sent back they will start a scam payment investigation. Also advised to speak to NatWest and as per your previous Tweet you not interested!! Payit=scam!

@NatWest_Help I have a new credit card. It did make me think whether or not NatWest will make their cards out of something other than a plastic that just contributes to the environmental junk problem. Industry wide it must be a big problem.

@NatWest_Help poor actions from you guys today . To suspend my accounts with no explanation. No access to money. Been advised to ask my neighbours to borrow me money while natwest contact me in due course . To top it off I have 3 children to feed in the school holiday.
