@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@RedLetterDaysUK Hi, I just exchanged some Natwest rewards into vouchers and purchased an experience using some of the vouchers. I have £120 worth of vouchers & have redeemed one experience to the value of £75. However the website is saying I’ve redeemed them all?

@NatWest_Help Sent you a DM now @NatWest_Help - basically outlining how NatWest have totally lost the customer focus and care. They rely on automated systems and automated updates rather than provide a solution for their customers to work with them. Computer says no! Awful.

@GregClinker Net losses to the U.K. government were c £25bn. Not a tiny sum. But only £700bn short of what you claim. A third of this was to save NatWest retail bank. It's really mortgages in America which caused this issue. We need innovation in the City urgently.

@NatWestGroup avoid NatWest at all costs for anything. Dealing with them currently as a new customer and their service is appalling, you cannot even get an update because they’ve failed to provide ME with basic info I need to get one!

@David__Osland Would not recommend RBS - their customer services department seems like it’s run by front line staff with a lack of training & oversight AVOID! Part of NatWest group so avoid them too @RBS_Help @NatWest_Help

@NatWest_Help My elderly mother has always been with #Natwest but she is constantly frauded/scammed. NW's only answer is to cancel & reissue cards. I've spent hours dealing with her problems,it never gets better despite the restrictions on her card. I'm moving her account.

@NatWestGroup NatWest is an absolute joke. I was told on the 13th of June that someone would be in contact with me in 5 working days. 6 week later they still haven’t bothered. Customer service obviously doesn’t matter to them? Goodjob NatWest 👏 👏
