I have £120 worth of vouchers & have redeemed one experience to the value of £75. However the website is saying I’ve redeemed them all?

Gavin Wrigley (@pheauteau) reported from Buntingford, England@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

Deborah 🇺🇦 (@deborah_hilliam) reported@MartinSLewis The BBC had a piece on their website yesterday about cheques from HMRC not scanning on the app and she had to go miles to pay it in. My elderly housebound mum had the same problem this year. My sister tried to scan and pay it but it wouldn’t work on the NatWest app.

Each time I’m being asked to approve the transaction and when I go into my account there is nothing waiting to be approved. It really is a rubbish system with NatWest as I have no such issues with oth accts

Potentially better rates — The article notes NatWest often has best buy rates, so borrowers may get both a high LTI and a good interest rate. Cons Higher financial risk — Borrowing 6.5x income is a big commitment. If interest rates rise or income drops, repayments can become stressful. An Engineer (@deloreancars) reported@PaulReadGB @LifeThruSpecs Credit cards carry insurance by law. They don't like it, and might even claim it's not true. But squirrelled away in a dark corner of their website is a crappy little form to fill in so they can begrudgingly comply with their legal obligations (been there, done it with NatWest).

Don’t you think if your customer will need to card reader to do bank transfer, you should just automatically send them one, not having to climb a ducking mountain just to get one?

An hour on the phone and even the customer care guy, doing his best and really good guy, couldn’t tell me what was up

Me and my Mrs have banked with this lot for 30+ years and we cannot even take our own cash out in large amounts! Twice we had meetings totalling about 4 hours and they ask the same questions and we answer every one but still no cash.
