    @RedLetterDaysUK Hi, I just exchanged some Natwest rewards into vouchers and purchased an experience using some of the vouchers. I have £120 worth of vouchers & have redeemed one experience to the value of £75. However the website is saying I’ve redeemed them all?

    @NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

    @TfL Charged me a congestion charge and took it from my bank account in error ( number plate read wrong) refund requested - TFL will only refund in cheque or account credit ( account used one for airport run) . Told me to use HSBC or NatWest to cash cheque - I’m with @Chase ….1

    @ESPNcricinfo even the NatWest Trophy of my youth was 60 overs per side. I don’t recall too many teams being unable to manage that. If early wickets were lost, you simply knuckled down. Not hard.

    This poor young family were defrauded out of £172,000 while trying to buy a house,and #Natwest response was they didn't have enough information to help them, surely a bank that made a pretax operating profit of £3.6 billion,can do Much Much more. @paullewismoney @_simonlambert
