  @Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

  @RedLetterDaysUK Hi, I just exchanged some Natwest rewards into vouchers and purchased an experience using some of the vouchers. I have £120 worth of vouchers & have redeemed one experience to the value of £75. However the website is saying I’ve redeemed them all?

  @NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

  @satsumchi the banking hub in town has a natwest rep in on tuesdays that might be able to help figure out what the problem is if u cant get it sorted online xx

  @JibbaJabb They keep building and they never get more affordable. The very fact banks like NatWest and Barclays are advertising mortgages where you can get a friend of family to help you pay it says one thing… houses are too ****** expensive. They need to come down

  @FFS_WhatNow @zaphod799 I’m reminded of when NatWest’s computer went south over a weekend. They’d fired the old sysadmins who knew the ancient system for Indians who lied about knowing the arcane programming language. NW had to hire sysadmins as consultants to fix it.

  @financialombuds I'm confused Why are investigators keep missing main point? Asking NatWest for card reader won't help because the app requests face recognition to update details in the app Please tell where will reader card fit in?
