@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@NatWest_Help Hi, I enabled the extra biometric face ID on my Natwest App so that I could transfer more than the £1k daily limit. The App now refuses to acknowledge my facial recognition and I am unable to disable the biometric check without going through the same checks. HELP!

On further research, even if I were to french kiss it or even give it a damn good *******, it seems unlikely. Now, if it were a bank vole, that might be a problem. Thankfully tho, they're nowhere near as cute. And prefer banks. Saw one lurking outside NatWest earlier on.

Complaint on the village FB group: the Natwest mobile bank comes for an hour every fortnight and someone is annoyed that they won't help them their Santander banking enquiries.

@NatWest_Help so after speaking to your call centre this morning who said someone would call me back around 10am this morning guess what.... I will give you a clue.... My phone hasnt made that noise when it rings... I guess more lies and contemptuous service from Natwest

@GirlGiada Happened to me last year imitating Evri. Got to where they said they froze account for safety and needed to close and reopen. Sooooooo slick. Natwest was great in helping fix.

@CepeSmith @dagmar_Marie77 @KensingtonRoyal "Could". That's the keyword. And a project that "could" impact common people is still going around academic folk and big business. Btw NatWest CEO was clear in her statement that the royal project would help big business. That's poor optics right away.

@Sminem_Saylor @crypto_caesar1 @_josephlb Same with me. I’ve had nothing but problems with all banks. Tried Santander, RBS, Lloyds and NatWest. RBS weren’t too bad up until last week. Doesn’t seem too friendly to me. Should be laws in place to stop banks imposing draconian rules as to what you can/can’t do with money.

@NatWest_Help How long will this be happening for? It’s causing me so much inconvenience and stress! Constant issues lately with the natwest app it’s driving me crazy. Very close to closing my account and joining another bank
