@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@NatWest_Help I have nothing to smile on such pathetic banking services unlike you or perhaps you know that NatWest is an incurable bank. It is shame that I have to ask for help to get our bank statements. The NatWest Sevenoaks branch is just pathetic.

@BarclaysUKHelp I'll ask her. She isn't on here, prefers Instagram. She really doesn't want to leave Barclays, I offered to get her an account at Natwest as I'm with Coutts which would sort that. She turned me down, so thats loyalty.

Dear @RBS_Help your service is desperate. No branches, nobody answers the phone, Cora can't answer my question. I'm going to trek to one of two branches in the whole of London. Nobody can tell me if a NatWest branch can deal with it - local branch of NW also gone. Terrible.
