@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@NatWest_Help Part2 - Natwest has no other way to verify the account. I have the lady all the legal information required to verify my account. You guys should have multiple sources to verify a customer account. Such a worst service you guys are providing.

@DavidJCrabb @andrewcopson Have today been told by NatWest that they are no longer opening new accounts in branch so it is necessary to upload photo ID to become a new customer of theirs. My elderly parents have therefore been denied an account. This is about so much more than elections!

Natwest have locked me out of my account twice in the last 3 weeks. I’m currently buying a house and need access to my account. So, I think this is an adios to banking with them 🥰

@RitenGohil It was a shambles when we wanted a mortgage with Barclays and so we decided to go with NatWest. Really friendly advisors there every day of the week, really enjoyed their customer service

@NatWest_Help I have a joint account and haven't used it since 2016. I have noticed Natwest appearing on my credit report as an active account. So, I decided to call your customer service. As I don't remember my telephone password, I was told to go to a branch to verify the account.
