Been Crypto trading. RBS debit card- 1st transaction went through, next blocked. Call from NatWest fraud team- account frozen. Passed all security questions, but instructed to go to a branch to show some ID. Also had lecture on cons of trading. WTF it’s my money! @NatWest_Help 🤬

@NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@Tush27J Badenoch has a habit of blocking restitution settlements apparently according to 3 senior civil service employees & they also confirmed Badenoch protected Former PM Cameron akin to Sunak protecting HBOS Lloyds Banking Group RBS Natwest etc against those they knowingly stole asset

@NatWest_Help terrible service from NatWest. I’ve been waiting for a response to my complaint that could have been easily resolved. Now having to go through the Ombudsman as I have an account that can’t be used due to be given incorrect information.

@LeaderComment I have been able to check our NatWest debit cards and the number is on the back at the top just above your signature box. It is +44 345 788 8444 We ask our customers to DM so it isn't limited to character count, so we can give as much info as needed to help. ~Debbie

@NatWest_Help I must say the customer experience at NatWest has been the worst I have ever experienced! The staff have a no care attitude. I’m a new customer and I wouldn’t recommend anyone join this bank as they are not inclusive of disabilities!

@NatWest_Help Thanks Mike. At a loss I used Account number 00000000 which was identified as Natwest Mastercard Nectar and 62-19-70 Presume this will work as payment went through. But do you see the problem? What are the numbers you've provided?
