Been Crypto trading. RBS debit card- 1st transaction went through, next blocked. Call from NatWest fraud team- account frozen. Passed all security questions, but instructed to go to a branch to show some ID. Also had lecture on cons of trading. WTF it’s my money! @NatWest_Help 🤬

@NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

I’m thinking that #natwest banning payments to Binance may have something to do with the fact that it is the only major exchange which sells Monero. I will be moving my service elsewhere @NatWest_Help #monero #binance

@louishulme @HukAleksandra Well, it’s happened, and NatWest have now stopped payments to Binance. Did you guys figure out a better bank? I heard Starling is crypto friendly and have just reversed their decision to block payments to Binance. Or a different exchange?

@NatWestBusiness We’ve already escalated this to NatWest Chief Executive, Alison Rose, and her executive officer who was useless. Sadly I don’t think social media customer services will have more influence. The bosses above you are ineffectual, but you know that. You can ask them to contact us!

@truther_crypto @NatWest_Help More than 30k people cleared over 50% of their NatWest and RBS Mortgages in the last twelve months and put crypto down as the reason. I myself have made over 1000% profit. They don't care about the NI scams which are more prevelant. Crypto affects profit, that's their reasoning.

@NatWest_Help I mentioned the problem with the app's chat facility in case you were aware of an ongoing issue with it. I'll have to visit a branch to resolve my issue as attempting to get useful customer service from NatWest by any other means is like attempting to nail jelly to a wall
