  @NatWest_Help. I accidentally paid funds to a NatWest Credit Card via faster payment. This credit card was closed a few years back. It took me 3 calls to get some info & I was advised it could take up to 21 days. I am a NatWest customer & it was paid to NatWest Account.

  Been Crypto trading. RBS debit card- 1st transaction went through, next blocked. Call from NatWest fraud team- account frozen. Passed all security questions, but instructed to go to a branch to show some ID. Also had lecture on cons of trading. WTF it’s my money! @NatWest_Help 🤬

  @Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

  @NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

  @NatwestB @TunnelGuruVPN NatWest bank Bedford, what a shower of ****. Me and my Mrs have banked with this lot for 30+ years and we cannot even take our own cash out in large amounts! Twice we had meetings totalling about 4 hours and they ask the same questions and we answer every one but still no cash.

  £200 Billion GBP just left my account to pay for everyone university debt from 1999 up until 2026 in both the UK and America. It’s fine, I’ve been making some wise investments lately and NatWest are paying me well, and I earnt quite a bit by selling Barclays back to the Baron’s. So I’m good for it, plus on top of the tour and then the vegas shows, I’ll be able to support both Elle, I and our daughter from my income. So, I’m good for it.   @Helixd @OborneTweets It was entirely different. Coutts didn’t debank him. It told him he was no longer welcome as a customer and offered him an ordinary NatWest account - it owns Coutts. It was F who turned it into a victimisation story.

  @JamesMelville Agreed. My Mum is 94. Her savings account is with NatWest but she can’t access it because she doesn’t bank online or have the app. NatWest won’t accept my POA because it’s not digital. Absolutely no solution. She can’t access her own savings
