Been Crypto trading. RBS debit card- 1st transaction went through, next blocked. Call from NatWest fraud team- account frozen. Passed all security questions, but instructed to go to a branch to show some ID. Also had lecture on cons of trading. WTF it’s my money! @NatWest_Help 🤬

@NatWest_Help. I accidentally paid funds to a NatWest Credit Card via faster payment. This credit card was closed a few years back. It took me 3 calls to get some info & I was advised it could take up to 21 days. I am a NatWest customer & it was paid to NatWest Account.

@NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@NatWest_Help Or you could spend time trying to complete NatWest business profile online that doesn’t work, they don’t return calls, and then threaten to shut down your business when their system fails. Start with the basics like looking after your customers.

I called NatWest customer services as I managed to lock my debit card. The initial line charged £3.50 per minute. I brought this charge up with the NatWest operator for him to put the phone down on me. So much for customer service @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup

730am my #ApplePay transaction didn’t go thru, then at 733am I get a notification in my Wallet app saying approved, when it was declined on the @arrivanorthwest machine twice with my @NatWest_Help card. Arriva’s machines seem to have issues with #ApplePay and NatWest, not happy

@StarlingBank Yes we have the IBAN. The problem is that to transfer money from the UK bank account (NatWest) requires an account number and sort code.

@MrsLesleyKemp @HSBC_UK Truly Dreadful bank. We opened a/c with them at the recruitment agency I used to work for so obviously a large account but their customer service was diabolical. We moved to NatWest only 6 weeks after opening the hsbc account and never looked back

@NatWest_Help @arrivanorthwest Ok, how long should I wait before contacting? Really think there’s a problem with NatWest and Arriva when using Apple Pay, my other bank works fine whenever I have to use it in this circumstance, these issues happening too much now, already lost out on £4+ last time

@NatWest_Help re my probate issue. Again @VirginMoney paid out on the same upload within three days. In a world of fintech, when you don’t have to bank with NatWest, why the hell would you. Bereavement portal doesn’t even function at a time when their customers are suffering loss
