@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

Been Crypto trading. RBS debit card- 1st transaction went through, next blocked. Call from NatWest fraud team- account frozen. Passed all security questions, but instructed to go to a branch to show some ID. Also had lecture on cons of trading. WTF it’s my money! @NatWest_Help 🤬

@mrskmob1 @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Some banks charge "access fees" to them for cash now you mention it. Nearly got stung at a HSBC one for something like 3.60. only getting 20 quid out for the chippy. Went across the road to the NatWest and all was fine. Revolut have ruffled a few feathers in the banking sector.

@MartinSLewis please support those of us trying to access our NatWest child trust fund accounts. Lots of people on here affected and we’re just being ignored by @NatWest_Help and @RBS_Help. Paid into my son’s account for years and now can’t access. Can they do that?

@NatWest_Help connor i appreciate the help from you, The natwest international payments website & yourself give out conflicting numbers to call just no opening times on the website, so i will forward a complaint off at this point this has gone on for 4 hours & i am still no further forward.

@NatWest_Help just joined NatWest and it’s such a long process….! Have a card, don’t know the sort code or account number. Can’t access anything online until the card reader arrives. I get there are extra security processes these days but this is too much…

@cooda @NatWest_Help I think it’s HSBC with the problem from looking at the comments on HSBC as I’ve also made a payment from HSBC to a NatWest account
