  Been Crypto trading. RBS debit card- 1st transaction went through, next blocked. Call from NatWest fraud team- account frozen. Passed all security questions, but instructed to go to a branch to show some ID. Also had lecture on cons of trading. WTF it’s my money! @NatWest_Help 🤬

  @Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

  @NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

  @NatWest_Help. I accidentally paid funds to a NatWest Credit Card via faster payment. This credit card was closed a few years back. It took me 3 calls to get some info & I was advised it could take up to 21 days. I am a NatWest customer & it was paid to NatWest Account.

  As of 1st June I am going back to being solely self employed and will need a new business account as a Sole Trader. Given up with having a physical branch to go to as we literally only have a HSBC and a NatWest left in my town now 🙃 Have had both a Monzo and Lloyds LTD Company Business accounts before and have a Monzo personal account I quite like. I keep being told Revolut Business is really good now they have their banking license? Most of my payments will be made via BACs either way, only need access for myself and also needs to be able to link up to Xero. What Bank does everyone suggest to go with or even avoid?

  My NatWest app asked me to enter pin rather than bio fingerprint login now it just keeps timing out i can't login using a browser as i need to approve in the app. Any ideas @NatWest_Help

  Sure I'd pay a million dollars to listen to Chinua Achebe in person...but s a NatWest customer, I'd rather speak to a bland and boring but well spoken Caroline Mutoko than have Chinua Achebe on the other end of the line discussing my overdraft limit.

  @ChineseEmbinUK British students get special treatment in China, but once Chinese students leave the UK, they can’t get their own money back from @NatWestGroup, NatWest is basically an international banking scammer. Shouldn’t the Chinese Embassy in UK help Chinese students? #scammer #bank

  Hi NatWest,@NatWest_Help My Ebix Cash Forex Card has been retained by an ATM at Tesco, 825 High Road, Leyton, London, E10 7AA. The card got stuck during a transaction and I was unable to retrieve it. Could you please advise me on the next steps and help me recover the card as soon as possible?   @AaronBastani My Samsung S23 Ultra is insured through NatWest. I had a cracked screen, broken charging port & damaged frame. Paid £50 & got all three problems fixed plus new battery, all data restored. Took a man in a van at my house about an hr. Don't see the need for these EU restrictions.

  @NatWest_Help Not again. The NatWest app still can’t scan my HMRC cheque. I complained about this previously and was told it would be fixed. Another cheque, same problem. How is this still not resolved? I’m tired of raising complaints.

  @trussliz Liz Does that include fighting the corrupt fraudulent disease ridden HBOS Lloyds Banking Group RBS Natwest Unicredit Barclays also their legal support UK government?
