    @newlands_chris hi my name is mo I just need some advice, I went shopping yesterday and was paying with my natwest card and it kept declining and I know I have money in the account then I access my account on the app non of my account showing I have rang them but they can't help

    This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

    Please be aware of @NatWest_Help employees at Natwest Ealing branch. There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.

    Been Crypto trading. RBS debit card- 1st transaction went through, next blocked. Call from NatWest fraud team- account frozen. Passed all security questions, but instructed to go to a branch to show some ID. Also had lecture on cons of trading. WTF it’s my money! @NatWest_Help 🤬

    @Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

    @NatWest_Help. I accidentally paid funds to a NatWest Credit Card via faster payment. This credit card was closed a few years back. It took me 3 calls to get some info & I was advised it could take up to 21 days. I am a NatWest customer & it was paid to NatWest Account.

    @NatWest_Help How are we suppose to claim our CTFs when your verification on the online portal doesn't even work. Are we just expected to open a Natwest bank account when your website says we can claim our money even if we're with other banks? 19 in 2 months & still no money 🤔

    @enuf_with_it @NatWest_Help I left NatWest ages ago for the complete disregard they showed me as a loyal customer. They need to go back to basics: an engaging service focused on the individual, relating the finer prints to their situations. In the 90s frontline staff were excellent. Then came the managers.

    @NatWest_Help I’ve spoken to NatWest customer service then another dept they’ve looked into it and say it’s down to issues with how Amazon process ( no issue with my card as Amazon report or the bank ) so need to go back to them ( Amazon) on a merry go round atm
