    @stuntbutt @NatWest Please be aware of @NatWest_Help employees at Ealing branch. There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.Please be aware as more employees may be involved and always check your receipts.

    @NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

    Been Crypto trading. RBS debit card- 1st transaction went through, next blocked. Call from NatWest fraud team- account frozen. Passed all security questions, but instructed to go to a branch to show some ID. Also had lecture on cons of trading. WTF it’s my money! @NatWest_Help 🤬

    @NatWest_Help. I accidentally paid funds to a NatWest Credit Card via faster payment. This credit card was closed a few years back. It took me 3 calls to get some info & I was advised it could take up to 21 days. I am a NatWest customer & it was paid to NatWest Account.

    Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

    @Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

    @NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

    This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

    @Peter_Bennet @NatWest_Help Just spoke to NatWest again. Despite assurances yesterday on the phone the issue was solved, nothing had been done. It was admitted that NatWest know there are issues with some records transferred but they seem to be waiting for contact to be made from customers.

    @robprogressive I asked @natwest for help with CC as I have a large balance from a previous one after taking a year out to help my ill mother, got into debt & been paying off well for the last year. Rather than them helping me they told me to get a default for 6 years rather than help me!!

    @NatWest_Help @TeamGB I've been trying to contact the bank for a few days now. Ever since they changed my credit card from Sainsbury's to Natwest, it's been a horrible experience. I can't get help by any means, whether by phone, here on Twitter, or through the bank's chat, all of which are terrible.

    @JAMOGRAD I wish I had kept the extremely sinister letter I received from NatWest, demanding immediate payment of the £5 their incompetent systems allowed me to overdraw without notification, warning, or knowledge. I was 14/15 I changed banks the next day. They lost a customer for life.

    So disappointed raised a dispute re never receiving goods with my new CC from @NatWest_Help still no reply days later! My @AmexUK when had similar issue was resolved within hours! NatWest day can take 10 days! Why can Amex do it in 3 hours. Gonna pay up and change back !

    @jaybo312 @OWS1892 NatWest blocked me from buying a second hand car from a main dealer, and this was a few years ago. They blocked my whole account,I couldn't even login to the app to contact them. It certainly happens.

    @Sainsburys_Bank Been forced over by Sainsburys to NatWest. No way to pay monthly Credit Card amount as I only have Debit Card and your pay by bank does not yet support the bank I am with!! Who the hell scoped this Sale out as they want sacking!! Ready to pay but being blocked!!!
