    @NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

    @NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

    Please be aware of @NatWest_Help employees at Natwest Ealing branch. There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.

    Been Crypto trading. RBS debit card- 1st transaction went through, next blocked. Call from NatWest fraud team- account frozen. Passed all security questions, but instructed to go to a branch to show some ID. Also had lecture on cons of trading. WTF itโ€™s my money! @NatWest_Help ๐Ÿคฌ

    This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

    @ANooryni Hi Abeid, we don't offer a cash delivery service. For your Natwest account details, you'd need to contact them directly. You can only deposit cash in the Post Office via ourselves.

    just spent 40 mins on the phone with HSBC UK, spelling out my Malaysiaโ€™s address, alphabet by alphabet, and my phone number. Wonder how much thtโ€™s charged to my bill ๐Ÿ˜ญ but so far, iโ€™ve been very satisfied with Natwest and HSBC UK customer service via phone and chats ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ

    Did a Natwest mortgage calculator test for the just-launched 95% jobbies and their maximum loan offer was WAY lower than other banks' 90% offers. Not enough to buy a run-down one or two bed in most of the UK. So that's all going to work out well then. Yet another Tory scam ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป
