    @NatWest_Help. I accidentally paid funds to a NatWest Credit Card via faster payment. This credit card was closed a few years back. It took me 3 calls to get some info & I was advised it could take up to 21 days. I am a NatWest customer & it was paid to NatWest Account.

    @Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

    Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

    Please be aware of @NatWest_Help employees at Natwest Ealing branch. There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.

    @NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

    This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

    @bbctms @BBCSounds As the few is seen as a potential problem, why weren't the matches started earlier. The former NatWest Trophy and prior to that the Gillette Cup final on first Saturday in September had a scheduled start time to avoid dew at Lords.

    @BarclaysUKHelp How can you have a known issue but no idea when it will be fixed? I have banked with NatWest, Lloyds and Halifax and they have all been able to activate push notifications without any complications. It’s disappointing that there is such a vague response

    @RedLetterDaysUK Hi, I just exchanged some Natwest rewards into vouchers and purchased an experience using some of the vouchers. I have £120 worth of vouchers & have redeemed one experience to the value of £75. However the website is saying I’ve redeemed them all?

    Being forced to download the @NatWest_Help mobile banking app to guarantee/register that my card won't be blocked when I am abroad very soon is disgusting!! How dare you Natwest force people to do mobile banking just to ensure that they can access their money.
