@NatWest_Help. I accidentally paid funds to a NatWest Credit Card via faster payment. This credit card was closed a few years back. It took me 3 calls to get some info & I was advised it could take up to 21 days. I am a NatWest customer & it was paid to NatWest Account.

Please be aware of @NatWest_Help employees at Natwest Ealing branch. There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

As soon as the Natwest Help to Buy ISA was introduced for 16 year olds, I was taken to the bank and signed up for it. I didn’t entirely know what it was but it was a HUGE thing for my property. So many parents and people don’t have access to internet/ knowledge these exist.

@HTScotPol I cannot see how it possibly could. For starters, it issues its own banknotes under Scottish Law and this would not be recognised (nor would they be valid) under English Law. Secondly, a much more likely scenario is a split, with NatWest 'fronting' their business down south!

@NatWestBusiness There are serious issues with NatWest Business banking. It’s not fair for the social media team to be asked to fend off enquires without *any* ability to sort them out. It’s very difficult to contact anyone who can help by phone, they can’t sort if when you do and why are there..

@GardenerMr Brother D, I had a similar problem with Natwest which went on for sometime. I had to make a complaint in the end, they apologised & paid me some compensation. If it's not sorted today, maybe putting in a complaint may do the trick 🤔 🙏 Shalom
