The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

Each time I’m being asked to approve the transaction and when I go into my account there is nothing waiting to be approved. I have already contacted the card provider, and they advised me to speak with the ATM owner/bank to see if the card can be retrieved. All of my money for my stay in the UK is on that card, so I'm finding it very difficult to manage without access to my funds. I would really appreciate any help or guidance you can provide regarding whether the card can be recovered from the ATM at Tesco, 825 High Road, Leyton, E10 7AA. Thank you for your time and assistance. 🙏🏻

I left NatWest 19 years ago, seen an offer to bring my business back last month, reopened 3 accounts and guess what, same **** service I left with.
