Not a great experience

The acquisition transforms NatWest Group's financial planning and investment management capabilities, and it is expected to generate pre-revenue synergies of 20%, increasing fee income and boosting exposure to the structurally higher growth UK wealth market. Evelyn Partners had £69 billion of Assets Under Management and Administration at the end of 2025, which combined with NatWest Group's £59 billion, would have brought total AUMA to £127 billion and total Customer Assets and Liabilities to £188 billion, or c.20% of NatWest Group's CAL.

Is this a known issue? Please ask your I.T. to fix it. Been waiting for a reply in app customer service for over 10 hrs

For last few days, can log in to NatWest app when directed, but page to approve payment is just blank. I've used this way to pay in the past with no 1/2

The state directly spent around £137 billion in capital injections and emergency support, while offering over £1 trillion in guarantees to stop the banking system collapsing. Most of the money was eventually recovered, but taxpayers are still estimated to have lost around £30–35 billion overall, with the biggest losses coming from the RBS/NatWest bailout. Worth remembering the next time someone says the banks “were fine”.
