@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.Please be aware as more employees may be involved and always check your receipts.

Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

@GarethMarlow Happy with Natwest. No problems with them. I don't use banking APIs, so can't comment on that. Have a vague recollection that my accountant wanted direct access a few years back. If my memory is correct then I guess they provide them.

@TheDreamSociety @NatWest I can understand what you mean Paul. The card reader is an older service of ours, however it will need to be used for security in certain situations in order to access your account. This is to verify it is the actual customer and to protect your account. 1/2

@NatWestGroup You are the worst bank I've ever had the misfortune to be a customer of. I would advise people to avoid applying for a mortgage via NatWest unless they welcome terrible customer service and aren't in any kind of hurry.
