@NatWest_Help just updated to iOS 14.6, the NatWest app no longer allows log in, still works on 14.5, so needs to be looked at by the app developers. Have done all the usual delete and reinstall etc.

@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@Adam_Hosker I think we need what Open Banking did for bank accounts we need for mortgages, tech that ties together all the third parties rather than expecting users to use 4 or 5 different portals. My experience with #natwest was terrible in 2022, everything is emailed, no processes etc

@northernassist Yeah, I've tried that but no joy. It's a mixture between Natwest being overzealous and also the Northern app authentication link/screen not working correctly. I've screenshotted the issue (no personal details). How can I report this to the Northern I.T. team?

@northernassist I have managed to buy via the website and they have auto synced down to my app. However, this isn't really workable in the long term. Why is the Northern app asking me to authenticate the payment when it's for only £4.70? Who is causing this, is it Northern or Natwest?
