@Tesco I took it to nationwide, which technically isn’t a bank, I’m going to NatWest today, hopefully they will take it, if not I will do what you suggest with my club card, thank you for your help, I will let you know how I get on .

@NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

@simonrug I think the pro teams wanted more than £26m for 21/22 when they went into the negotiation. They’re going to struggle to be competitive on £23m. The crucial issue is of course the replacement of the NatWest loan with a Welsh Government loan. SP has staked his reputation on it.

@Telegraph I ordered an iPhone and iPad from Apple on the same day and NatWest blocked my account. I had to call NW to say it was genuine. If NW can protect its customer accounts, why can’t other banks do the same?

If you would like a take home from this whole things is that if you want a bank with good attention to detail and robust systems to avoid human error, NatWest is not for you

Some fear that at least one of the banks will go down. The PM’s ex claims Natwest is first. I think she’s trying to sell crypto, not sure. I’m too nervous for that so I’ve dumped a chunk into Leeds Building Society. Hopefully it’s “safe.”

@NatWest_Help I never got this kind of poor service from Natwest before. Waiting for a loan renewal, contacted my RM, Natwest Phone Banking, emails, message, mobile - but no reply so far. Absolutely disappointed. With underwriters for last 6 weeks.

@NatWest_Help Thanks for checking. I think I’m going to have to find time to get to a post office as I don’t use the app. I’m just really disappointed in NatWest for cutting working people’s access so dramatically by not now opening weekends.
