@grantfeller Yet a customer in natwest locally in 2019 was asked what she wanted £5000 for she had to fill in a form, it was for a new kitchen, I was in the queue waiting to be served, it was her money .

Just remembered seeing that NatWest at St Philips Place and Temple Row is now closed down. Halifax on Colmore Row might be going too.

@NatWest_Help I verified the transaction using the Natwest app, and even verified the transactions when your automated load of rubbish called me... THEN flagged as fraud again when i bought a £2.89 drink using paypal!! You need some help coding this thing? it's diabolical.

@bissmahmehmud I found Natwest to be the better one among all. Smoth service and they never asked stupid questions. Barclays was close second

@duncanm I went on TPS and I ended up getting more calls, a sub to truecaller or whatever is probably the way forward but that seems to drop out and stop working every round of updates.... I've had the "NATWEST" text yesterday so another one doing the rounds.

2/2 @GeorgiaArlott @MartinSLewis we have a mortgage in principal with @NatWest_Help found our house told #NatWest then they said cause I was self isolating due to my crohns from #covid I took the #government grants to help my 9 months off work, told me they will NOT lend us 88k

@NatWest_Help No!! reason is because I had 9 months off work and took a government self employment scheme grant to help get throw my isolating, got told Tuesday by NatWest our mortgage in principle is being revoked. Rang again today for 2nd opinion won’t help unless I employed by a company

@GarminUK Oh yeah sure, I'll ring Sandra at Natwest Customer Services now and tell her to give Garmin a quick buzz to straighten this all out. Garmin are promoting this as a feature of their kit, they should be approaching banks and getting them on board to strengthen that feature.

I was scammed last year by imposters posing as my bank Natwest who also didn't help. I lost £20k 😭😭. They were very convincing. My case is with the financial ombudsman since Oct last year

@NatWest_Help Hi - I locked my contactless bank card by using an incorrect pin. I then used it in a natwest atm and withdrew some cash so get it working again and yet in 2 different shops it has been declined - when I try to use the pin it says pin locked. How can I get it workin
