NatWest is very frustrating! Trying to sort out an issue online or by phone and it isn’t working. Thinking of switching banks @NatWestGroup

@twickerati There was a notice outside saying that there were other NatWest Banks nearby. Where exactly?! The Teddington one closed down a few years ago.

@NatWest_Help @decappeal I can't believe that an organisation the size of NatWest is offering these people an account but not recruiting anyone so that they can speak to someone in their own language to get support with it.

@NatWest_Help Hi Cathy. No VPN but I do use AdBlock Plus. However the issue has occured on my local councils' payment platform - a site which I've got whitelisted. Having spoken to them it seems I'm not the only Natwest/RBS customer experiencing problems specifically with Chrome.

@bazzacollins On the opposite coin, under no circumstances would I ever recommend Natwest for anything. They cost me about £6000 last year in trying to remortgage for our new house. 'We're here to help during difficult times', like f*** they are!

Smarterscout got me all fired up. Sent some sweaty messages to NatWest’s customer service bot because it couldn’t understand I was telling them my debit card wouldn’t register for Apple Pay on my new phone and kept telling me they couldn’t find any declined transactions

@ESPNcricinfo Ppl saying that cricket will die b'coz of IPL and BCCI but for me, the slow death of cricket started the day England introduced the worst cricket format of all time in 2002:- T20 through NatWest T20 blast

@NatWest_Help It does different things depending on the site. The Council payment page just returns an error saying the payment failed. Royal Mints website (their facebook page suggests LOTS of Natwest customers having issues) also just reports an error message. Other websites just time out.
