    So a retailer has stated IN WRITING at a least 3 times that they issued me a refund on 12/03/22 but I NEVER RECEIVED IT! #Natwest refuses to help just because the original transaction was in 2020. I'm just at a loss at this point @NatWest_Help

    @alistair It doesn't even need to be that complicted. I think natwest includes the fist 6 digits of your post code in your email. A bank used to include a word you gave them too I think but that was a while ago. The problem is you are not a "target"
