@SuperSynopsis Monzo has provided me with better customer service and refunds compared to other traditional banks. I have Lloyds, Barclay, and Natwest. I prefer Monzo to the traditional banks.

@laclezette I reached out to Monzo customer service to let them know in advance that I'd be transferring a large sum into my account and using it to open a SIPP with Interactive Investor. They told me no. Made the transaction with my Natwest account without needing to tell them in advance
