  @jongreydavies @WasOnceLoved @NOWTV We had the same thing a while back. The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

  @philiphiggins @CherryWhitePins I find SkySports+ to be poor. Poor picture quality, poor sound, no mics around the pitch so atmospheres sound poor, not available on NowTV for those without Sky subscription while SkySportsMix has old games on at the same time… all for less money. SL on SS+ been a waste of time!

  @chefarchiepie @NOW @NOWTV It really is frustrating when they won't or can't help you. We're paying a subscription for a shows I can't watch as no subtitles so what's the point. And when you ask for help they ignore you

  @MartinSLewis They are all awful, after leaving NowTV for their customer service team lying to me. I now have a problem with O2 and can't get access to my account. The call centres are hopeless

  The amount of disconnections, audio stutters, video crashes and losses of signal from @NOWTV these last three days has been absolutely terrible. Its freaking annoying watching other people have no issues on illegal streams while I pay for **** service.

  @NOWTV @WTA @atptour Watched the first set of the men’s final last night. Sat down this evening after a long day’s work to watch the rest & it’s no longer available. Replaced by a ‘highlights’ version. Honestly, I’m astounded by just how awful this TV service is. Our beautiful sport ruined.

  Updated @NOWTV , now it does not work on either of my LG tv. Is this a known problem?
