I was so wrong about Peacock not coming to the UK - still trying to work out how it plans to coexist as a distinct product with Sky. Most of the launch content is already streaming via #skyq and #nowtv

Anyone have consistent issues with @NOWTV remote connection? No matter what I try! I’ve tried throwing the TV into a landfill site, buying a newTV, resubscribing, howling at the moon 3 times before midnight and sacrificing 12 remote controls and still have the same remote issues

@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

**** @NOWTV Every month for last 1.5 years, they turn my internet off because payment system broken. Lost three weeks of income because they ****** up line upgrade. Now I cancelled my contract per Nov. 8th and they turned it off over a week early. The ******* incompetence.

Has anyone else had problems with Vodafone over their cancellation of nowtv from the entertainment package, won’t alter my contract and won’t even get a manager to call me to discuss, worst customer care service I have ever encountered

My @NOWTV player isn't working on my laptop. Googled it and apparently lots of people are having this issue and Now TV is doing nothing about it. Such poor customer service. Sad.

@NOWHelpTeam @NOWHelpTeam it also doesn't appear to be fraudulent so I don't want to go through my bank. I would prefer someone at NOWTV, where the issue lies, to take a look at why this happening, refund me, and stop it happening again.

Watched first episode of the new “Dexter” comeback series on NowTV. Thought it was OK. Hope it develops more like the first 3 seasons which were good instead of the last five which were pretty terrible.

Had nothing but issues with @NOWTV broadband since we moved in over a month ago. So many phone calls, two engineers later and I'm now facing all weekend with no Internet because I'm waiting 3 working days for my third engineer who I have zero confidence will do anything.

@NOWTV how can I make a complaint if your system keeps "glitching" Nobody can help me when I call up it's always someone else's fault apparently and nobody has replied to my complaint from yday. no internet for 2 weeks lking like its end of month with the way things are going 😤

@amazon I have to say that as a regular prime subscriber I am not happy with the quality playback of your video service. It's not our devices/cables or the internet as Netflix/Disney/nowtv/YouTube work fine. Please fix your service for streaming.
