@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

@zak_sinkinson I got NowTv, can't record it. I'm tayijg up this weekend. Few weeks ago I stayed up for the Usman/Burns fight. I had to work at 8am next day. Never again 🙈

It’s the Lite BTW. Don’t think the full size one would work suitably there. Now to choose which series/movies to download to watch from Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and NowTV...maybe other on demand services too! Not sure how reliable the hospital network will be!

@NOWTV can you fix the audio of Sky Racing? It is jumpy on iPhone and also Chromecast. No other channel is having this issue.

@nowtvhelp Ok thanks for quick reply, also when I plug my nowtv firestick in it comes up with a code to put into my phone but when I enter it it says error try again, tried a good few times.

switching to @NOWTV has had to be one of the dumbest decisions i’ve made, their internet has to be one of the worst, it’s never bloody working!

@Channel4 Please provide a Medium Quality setting for those who don't have the latest smart TV and laptop to enjoy too via broadband. There is one on your phone app but not the website which seems to use the same codecs as NowTV which people also have huge difficulty with.

@NOWTV Yes, still the same problem. It's been two days now. I've tried on both my smartphone (Samsung Note 9) and my TV (JMB make) and both give the same, "Oops, something's gone wrong" response.
