@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

Anyone have consistent issues with @NOWTV remote connection? No matter what I try! I’ve tried throwing the TV into a landfill site, buying a newTV, resubscribing, howling at the moon 3 times before midnight and sacrificing 12 remote controls and still have the same remote issues

**** @NOWTV Every month for last 1.5 years, they turn my internet off because payment system broken. Lost three weeks of income because they ****** up line upgrade. Now I cancelled my contract per Nov. 8th and they turned it off over a week early. The ******* incompetence.

@NOWTV 6 weeks later, the quality is still terrible. I'm watching on an iMac, using the Now TV MacOS application, on a 1Gbps Virgin internet connection. Everything has been rebooted and updated.

@NOWTV FYI I called the above number and spoke to a very helpful chap who told me that Now TV doesn't supply our house at all. Would it be possible to pass something along to the team responsible for the website to ask them to improve the error message for this case?

@C4Gogglebox this is the sad truth. The BBC license is in trouble. Everyone these days are watching programs online using steaming technology. ( fire stick, Amazon prime, Netflix, NowTV and Roku ) this means that no-one is watching TV anymore.

It's a shame that NowTV has so much good stuff on it because it's one of the most awful streaming experiences you'll find, from the need to pay extra for 1080p(!) to the need to download an app to watch it on PC instead of just watching it on a browser.

@EmilyFlump Hi Emily, for a free trial to work, you automatically create an account. If you have forgotten your password, all you need to do is go to the Nowtv website, click sign in and forgot password and use whatever email address you used for the free trial

@Channel4 Please provide a Medium Quality setting for those who don't have the latest smart TV and laptop to enjoy too via broadband. There is one on your phone app but not the website which seems to use the same codecs as NowTV which people also have huge difficulty with.
