@NOWHelpTeam It’s back on now. Was a temp thing. Trouble is the nowtv fix suggested it was our cable but it wasn’t. Would be nice to have accurate troubleshooting.

@NOW @nowtv I subscribe to your "super fibre" broadband service. For the last 24 hours its download speed has been far below the guaranteed 70 mbps---it's currently 39 mbps---and the connection keeps dropping. I'm in CH1. What's the problem, and what are you doing to fix it?

@NOWHelpTeam I tried that and it didn’t work. Also tried the app on my phone it couldn’t stream either. It's like NowTV is being blocked, but every other streaming service works just fine.

Anyone know when #nowtv broadband in Kent is expected to be back working? I know they're aware of the issue but would be good to have an idea of how much longer it will take
