@NOWTV i still cannot access my account. Signed up 3 days ago and can't login. Can you help as your help page is terrible and no use at all. You can sign up easily but can't access it, it's a total shambles

My #Broadband speed is just 8.2mbps and has been for weeks! The main problem is that when that get's through the front door I'm not left with much to share with my wife and our three kids. God help us if the dogs ever ask for an iPad! @UswitchUK @NOWTV

@NOWTV We've been calling them nearly every day - they keep saying they have no information on what's wrong or how long it will take to fix. They simply pass the buck & blame Openreach. It's ridiculous, I've got 3 kids who are missing out on vital education !
