@hayu_uk @NOWTV what’s going on with RHOBH? It’s been 4 days now. What’s the point of having this subscription if it doesn’t work. Other new episodes have gone on so why hasn’t RHOBH? I can’t believe you’re not offering some form of help like a temp log in to actual hayu.

Look out for emails from the Accessibility Team. Emails are received on that case number. Some @NOWTV staff sending emails from the Accessibility Case number tells me to contact the accessibility team on the site. Round in circles. No help from the Accessibility team @nowtvhelp .

@nowtvhelp My NowTV Stick has not been working correctly since I got it in October, and I can't find anywhere to get in touch with you!! Please can you help? It's constantly flashing black on/off screen and freezes my TV constantly. I was better with the old box it replaced! 😕

@NOWTV your service is terrible I can't use it now until January because you say I have reached a device limit when I only watch on my living room and bedroom TV. I want to cancel, it's shocking. Also you make it impossible to connect to your staff
