Matt Jeal (@Mattdinio) reported@virginmedia Been with you 1 month and had more broadband problems in 1 month (at least 1 complete loss of connection a week) than I have with NowTV over several years. I am working from home, sort it out, or I will leave It's a joke of a "service"

Broadband is rubbish checked phone lines and said that and technical engineer was neeeded yet I’ve heard nothing!
