    Seriously fed up of @NOWTV i can't log in on any device or any browser. Constantly saying try later?! Try to get help, nobody to talk to sends me round in circles!

    @NOWTV help please! I have a pC that crashes every time I want to watch something on my projector. The app starts then switches to projector, black screen, briefly blue, then the app crashes. It worked perfectly until a few weeks ago? Help please.

    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV I received my Now TV Stick today and it refuses to update. I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

    @NOWTV It was yesterday, Sky sports pass on a MacBook Pro via Safari - numerous times I got an error and had to re start (also a persistent error to begin with until I switched from SS Main Event to Cricket) - I was watching the ODI

    .@NOWTV has been absolute rubbish today, error after error, re starting over and over ‘oops something has gone wrong’ over and over - rubbish, not worth the cost of the pass today #fail

    @NOWHelpTeam without fobbing me we off with the usual sanctimonious bullshit, can you fix the ongoing issues with NowTV. It's not cheap and see little reason for paying for crap pictures , drop outs and constant buffering. An ex before you start, yes, I have done all the usual

    @HyperopticCS speed seems to be struggling this afternoon in Wapping. Any issues? 1-2Mbps. Really causing streaming issues on NowTV.

    @NOWHelpTeam nowtv dongle just won’t work neither will the app on my phone. I can’t watch anything I’m paying for.

    @NOWHelpTeam i just said i want the problem to be fixed, i dont want to go through further troubleshooting, i know people that are hard of hearing that have had endless problems with nowtv and as such refuse to use it what do i have to do to convince you the problem is yours to fix not mine?

    SO I updated the software on my @LGUK (as it wanted) and now my @NOWTV app doesn't work properly. It was replaying earlier programs (making me think that the schedule had changed), then crashed and won't now start up at all (yes, I've turned it off and on again).

    The fact that @NOWTV has the audacity to charge extra for HD in 2021 is astounding. Small print: doesn't even cover their PC-based client which is consistently sub SD quality.

    @Unlocator Just taken out a sub in Spain to watch NowTV but not working - very disappointed!
