@nowtvhelp @NOWTV I received my Now TV Stick today and it refuses to update. I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

@NOWTV It was yesterday, Sky sports pass on a MacBook Pro via Safari - numerous times I got an error and had to re start (also a persistent error to begin with until I switched from SS Main Event to Cricket) - I was watching the ODI

@NOWTV help please! I have a pC that crashes every time I want to watch something on my projector. The app starts then switches to projector, black screen, briefly blue, then the app crashes. It worked perfectly until a few weeks ago? Help please.

@rosstmiller @TheGMcConnachie I now use it through my iPad connected to the tv and it’s fine, anything on the Firestick is useless, All4 and NowTv are both terrible on the stick but fine on the NowTv stick or on tablets. Even Netflix has become terrible on the fire stick.

@nowtvhelp got email informing me from 8th November last year I could no longer watch nowtv on my device but you still continued to take payments, can you please refund this money as this is terrible customer service and I have cancelled my membership

@NOWTV Just spoke to your customer service. My terminally ill stepdad has been taken into nursing care, but you can't cancel the account because he is not sat next to me?! So you are expecting someone with weeks left to live to contact you himself? Awful!

@NOWTV I am good customer. I pay about 40 euro every month for the last few years. I cant get through to your team since 23rd December. I bought lots of Sky extra passes, when I wanted to buy monthly passes. No one to help, was accussed of being stupid . I have all the pics.
