@nowtvhelp @NOWTV I received my Now TV Stick today and it refuses to update. I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

@NOWTV It was yesterday, Sky sports pass on a MacBook Pro via Safari - numerous times I got an error and had to re start (also a persistent error to begin with until I switched from SS Main Event to Cricket) - I was watching the ODI

@nowtvhelp Yeah, but have you used it... don’t just read from your script. You have heard of Apple right? It is very important to make sure your apps across all Apple operating systems work correctly. (Free trials continue NOWTV can’t get traction)

@nowtvhelp There is but there is no power point near that socket so it’s not possible to connect to the router. I have nowtv for almost 4 years now and had internet this morning so I find it strange that this is now a problem.

@nowtvhelp Must just be my expectations. Wait actually it can’t be.... because Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and funny enough Apple TV+ apps all work really well. Must be NOWTV as always trailing behind.... (Another free trail Shipper in Home Bargins) 🙄
