It’s been almost 3 days since I found out and haven’t had a message from them.

I Had a online chat with Nowtv and it took 5 mins to fix.

Even upgraded NOWTV with full access/schedule/recording would work. Or new external Digital Box. What's the problem?

Subtitles are not available a lot of the time. I don't want a DM, I want to know here what you're doing to resolve this ongoing issue.
