.@NOWTV Said it before, but search facility is useless. Type in exact title & nothing comes up. Had to scroll thro 700 shows again to find what I’d been watching & wanted to see from beginning. Please fix it.

@NOWTV Don’t have a specific issue, the whole thing is overcomplicated and lacking. Just use other apps like Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Video and even BBC iPlayer. They have a much better user experience.

@NOWTV your service has deteriorated so all streaming is badly affected and all devices using WiFi are badly affected. No way to contact you. Your line test feature won't work .no agents on live chat available. Done all the end user stuff to reset. Still useless . Help!!! Wfh !

@nowtvhelp It happened during the movie Greed when I clicked on it then it went using the NowTV stick with the latest updates, do you think it could be a broadband issue?

@Smoothste21 Our apologies Ste, the cable used for the NowTV stick is just a standard Micro USB. It should work with any of them you have which fit the connection port. If it still isn't powering up after you change the lead, then it may be a problem with the device or the plug.

@NOWTV Nope. It wasn't the worst, but far from the best. Donner's original film is the golden standard.
