Amber Shorrock (@AmbForgottenImp) reported@amazon I have to say that as a regular prime subscriber I am not happy with the quality playback of your video service. It's not our devices/cables or the internet as Netflix/Disney/nowtv/YouTube work fine. Please fix your service for streaming.
