@nowtvhelp I tried to sign up to NOWTV broadband at the weekend, but upon paying you only took £60 not £65, meaning the account was never created. I still have no broadband and am now £60 out of pocket! Please help!

@nowtvhelp 9.4.3 build 4079-56 This one is the worst one. They are all the same stick so I guess the same software version. Only happens when watching things through NowTV not any other apps.

@NOWTV tried your live chat, the cut me off one conversation after nearly an hour going round in circles. Started another chat but had to go back to the beginning so not further forward. I will now complain to CISAS as yours staff are still unwilling to help

@NOWTV your service is terrible and one of the worst websites I’ve ever had to navigate. Customer service is so rude and completely useless. Sort it out and refund me you absolute clowns.
