The new app is shiny and plays a musical note when opened It is also even harder to use than the old one. The search function is infuriatingly terrible (no voice). We get around this by using the Apple Remote app on an iPhone and typing.

E S25OWL 🦉 (@davo33uk) reported@lyncey_gilbe @skytv They have a special Bereavement team who was amazing and when my dad died mum had same problem .. they sorted it all out and within her price budget - if not cancel and use nowtv and you can just say can’t afford PAYG and they offer you like £1.99 a month for basically £19.99 sky

Joe (@JoeyL14) reportedYou can thank me for this. My VPN allowance expired at half time and every other one I've tried won't work with the NowTV app. So, once again, **** you @SkySports. I literally pay you (far too much) and you still block me from watching. Definitely cancelling in the new year.

Charlie Vanstone (@iamcvanstone) reportedAnyone else getting fed up with @NOWTV coverage of @SkySportsF1 Every time I click on it, it’s a black screen. Then eventually the sound is out of sync with the visuals. It’s been an issue for months and I brought it up with them. It’s still not been fixed.
