@simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

NowTV or whatever we're calling it now was designed by a madman in 2012 and then he left and no other staff have been hired to work on the website, app, or player since. That's the only reason I can find for it being so unusable for it's human users.

@itvhub Glad I'm not the only one experiencing these problems, well at the final is on BBC 1. Alternative platform's, i can only think of probably NowTV or an Iptv service.

@NOWTV no broadband since Monday night, and now customer services are asking if we have had a flood! It's almost as if nobody is actually sure what the problem is, so not hopeful about the "it should be resolved within 72 hours of reporting"

@virginmedia Been with you 1 month and had more broadband problems in 1 month (at least 1 complete loss of connection a week) than I have with NowTV over several years. I am working from home, sort it out, or I will leave It's a joke of a "service"
