@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 Horrendous customer service. Last week I was told my contract was paid off and finished, today I’ve called to cancel and I’ve been told there’s loads still owed (when there shouldn’t be). Then I get through to someone else who hangs up after saying hello? Please contact me

@O2 It says to go to your help website which has absolutely no information on how to sort out an incorrect order. It’s beyond useless. Even an email address would have helped. Pathetic service

@O2 ordered a new phone, should have been here last Tues. when I phone you can’t tell me where it is. Twice was promised a manager call back last week. Never got a call back. Bit of a rubbish company really ain’t you?!

@O2 Thanks. I filled out the Support Request form for her so hopefully O2 will get in touch and will raise the Spend Cap so that the Text Relay app will work! I'm not sure why that app can't be on a 'whitelist' of prefix numbers that are allowed to be used? Only seems issue on O2?

@O2 Not even getting text messages. What's wrong with your network... I am an IT professional and I cannot login into my work laptop and systems as I have two factor authentication, need to get text messages to do work! Please have some alternative.... This is horrendous!

@O2 My number is due to be ported over to O2 today from Plusnet. Is there a particular time this is completed by. I'm in a very poor signal area and will not be able to receive the SMS confirmation that the transfer has been completed.
