@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 what’s happened to the next work in the NN10 area yet again? Can’t use data or receive calls. Missed quite a few important calls because of this. Really not happy. Took 35 mins to access ‘help’ page to see there’s a mast down? It’s been going on for months #notpayingmybill

O2 literally has to be the worst company for service in the UK. Phone says 5G, even though 5G isn't available in my area, and I get no data. Switch to 4G only and still no data. Sort your act out in the TS10 area @O2.

@O2 Hello. I just moved house and no longer get any sort of mobile signal or 4G/5G. Not sure why I should continue to pay for a non-existent service. My work phone is @EE and I get a really good signal on that.
