    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 help. I can’t seem to get through to 4444 to top up my PAYG phone. I’m in Florida at the moment. I’ve tried the internet too but keep getting a message saying there is a problem so that doesn’t work either!

    @O2 the app crashed when I was trying to do the 12 month tastecard thing now it won’t let me reuse the code but when I log in with the details I was using before it crashed- it’s asking me to pay? Help please 🙈
