@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 My workplace all of our 02 registered devices have had the same issue today cleared cache and data off the phone application on android but the voicemail message still comes up with "02 new voicemail"

@YellowtailFP @O2 Have you got an O2 shop near you? I've just sorted out my broadband by calling into a high street shop rather than hanging on the phone and doing Option 1 and Option 2. You end up in the same place but with a face to face person accessing your account + dealing with your problem!

@O2 yes I have, but your contact/help pages are deliberately confusing and send users in a circular path around your website, get help > robot live chat > click here > get help > robot live chat... etc etc Try putting lost SIM into Aura & see what happens, doesn't need a discussion

@O2 All I need is a proof of usage form so I can submit a damage claim for my phone, but proof of usage isn't a phrase your automated system seems to be aware of.
