    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 Have messaged you with details You say you recognise the number - is this someone genuinely trying to sell alternate O2 PAYG plans you don’t advertise online? Or is it a “recognised” scam? Why would the caller hang up abruptly when I became suspicious?
