@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

Hi @O2 My mrs & I recently upgraded our phones (Iphone 11 > 14 & Samsung 21 > 22+) .. Ever since we upgraded we have both had real problems with signal in areas we both used to have no issues with at all including our house. Any ideas as to why? Thankyou

@O2 Hi, my email was set up wrong when I recently joined o2 so I can't reset my login or access "MyO2". When I try to get help it directs me to "MyO2" but I can't login so I get stuck in a loop. Can someone help me out?

@O2 Yep, all payments are up to date. Signal appears to be fine. I just cannot make or receive phone calls without them cutting off after about 30 secs. Getting annoying now, it's been over a week... your online assistant still says call us...

@O2 might have some of the worst customer services I've ever dealt with. They're still charging me monthly for a device that I took back. I was told that higher up customer services was gonna call me back and they never did. And I've been lied to about a refund I never had!?
