    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    Genuinely never experienced incompetence on a level of @O2. I just want to talk to someone who can fix a mistake o2 made. Been on phone for nearly and hour and passed around 3 times to different departments. Shambles.

    @O2 For 3 weeks??? No messaging and no updates - having a live complaint and helix clearly makes zero impact. Even your store and area managers don’t know, your complaint team assured us it would be sorted ten days ago and still nothing…. All because the system is not updating order
