    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 my signal has been shocking for over a week now! No 5G, barely any 4G and struggle to make and receive calls! No doubt I’ll still be expected to pay my full, high, bill come the end of the month! Possibly time to shop around after 15 years!

    @O2 will we be reimbursed for the service outage in BT703HE and surrounding areas? A phone mast isn't working, your agent can't say when it will be fixed. Paying for a service and no communication, no ETA of service restoration and no data/coverage.

    @O2 Every time I phone up I get fobbed off by people who say they can’t do anything. I’m exhausted and dealing with the death of my father. I need someone to reach out to me to schedule a video call. Alternatively issue a deadlock letter so I can complain to CISAS asap to escalate

    @O2 I already know there’s an issue with a local mast and that has been an issue for weeks! Since you haven’t been providing me the service I’m still paying for price for you really ought to compensate 🙄
