    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 got a new Pay as you go SIM card. It's not expired and my phone shows a signal, but when I register the number so I can then top up etc the verification codes aren't coming through. Any advise?

    Is it worth complaining about @O2 @VMO2News @virginmedia ? Been calling for a week to fix my account, ignored in DMs, every time they've called me back they've repeated the same responses and mixed up what package I'm even on.

    I love how @O2 brag on their adverts about their great service yet I spend my life waiting for my ‘4G’ to work because you can’t be bothered to provide decent service. What am I paying for??

    @Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

    @O2 Hi, since Dec all my incoming calls show as UNKNOWN in caller ID & call history. I've tried resetting my phone, swapping the SIM to another phone - issue persists. Seems like a network/account issue. Can you look into this or reset my account settings? Thanks.
