    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    @Arthur_Dave @O2 I’ve been trying to cancel my contract since February 13th so good luck! They’ve cancelled my disconnection yet promised me it would be sorted and I’m still with an active account on March 31st. Hopefully you get yours sorted soon! 🤞🏻

    @tjaneg1 @O2 They've done this to me too, took details from Virgin without my permission, set up an account and raided my bank account. As I didn't set up the account I don't have the info to pass security so can't fix it. Formal complaints aren't dealt with, it's shameful

    so @o2 have the WORST network coverage in london.. trying to get hold of them on 202 about my "uplift" on my phone and have been hung up on 3 times now. Its gross.

    @O2 Not happy, at till in Greggs with breakfast roll and get sorry there was a problem. Out of stock at 10;14 and all my Greggs rewards have disappeared.

    @JaneyGuy10 @O2 Same thing happening to my very distraught 72 year-old Mum. Threatening letters from @O2, has tried calling, texting, going down to their shop, action fraud, etc. O2 sending her from pillar to post. #O2fraud #O2harrassment #insidejob
