    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 I’m in Austria connected to a 3G network with mobile data on, but my phone tells me I cannot access data. Can you explain? I understand roaming in the EU is included in my tariff.

    @O2 WARNING: anyone thinking of switching to O2: I switched to O2, provided my PAC, inserted new SIM card yesterday; almost 24 hours later I still don’t have my old tel number on my mobile.Their systems are down for 24 hours! They can’t help! I’m a doctor,patients can’t reach me!

    @O2 wow. Your customer service team. Just called to cancel a contract "yeah systems are down. It's a pain in the arse for everyone. Sorry about that mate". Think your staff think they're down the pub. Probably are tbh.

    @O2 after my phone was stolen last Tuesday evening I did NOT receive new sim due to negligence from your adviser. I finally had to go instore and got a new sim. It was NOT activated all day yesterday & now due to ‘network issue’ no one can tell me why or when my phone will work

    PSA- @O2 has the WORST customer service. My phone was stolen over a week ago and I STILL do not have a working SIM card and cannot call or text or WhatsApp (so cannot get into my iCloud) I run a small business & this is impossible
