    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    @O2 Time to scrub the pointless things on priority (Greggs, odeon etc) as they have always gone within 3 mins of the offer opening! Utterly pointless offering 6000 freebies across the UKs largest network! As a new customer it’s irritating. Especially when 4G sig is appalling too!

    SMS from @O2 warning that Upgrades to network in Centre of Glasgow may interrupt mobile phone service .... on 5 May - Couldn't have picked a better date!

    @O2 Your customer support team said a refund should arrive within the next 5 working days, and it has now been more than that. My issue has been going on for more than a month, and it's getting ridiculous! Can I have my issue raised as a formal complaint please? 😤 @BBCWatchdog

    @O2 why is it in 2022 you still persist in these tactics of your customer service telling customers to go to branch and the branch telling customers they can’t help and tell them to go back to the customer service line. Anyone else still get this rubbish from them??

    @O2 is the shittest network in the UK..... says I have 4g and get no interent..... also the @SamsungUK Galaxy S21 is possibly one of the #WORST phones ive ever had, but don't know if that's because I bought from O2 as their customer services and phones are awful!!!

    @O2 I’m having issues with the network. Whenever I send a text it sends but keeps flagging as not delivered. The person receives the text. Tried turning it on and off. Disconnecting from the network and reconnecting and it still happens.

    @O2 With such a limited timeframe to claim offers it’s madness. I was at a Greggs within 5 mins of them opening yesterday & the offer was already out of stock! 5 mins is a joke & frustrating to the customer who’s wasted time getting there to redeem within the timeframe.
