    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 will the repairs on the south Kilmarnock mast actually fix the crap coverage we've had for months or what.. me and others have complained regularly and we just get it's the mast so will this help or are we all looking for other providers

    I am having a nightmare experience having just joined O2. I have had no service from them ever since I first applied for my Sim card on the 29th of August, a service for which I am paying. They are leaving me vulnerable and inconvenienced and they don’t care!@O2.

    The main #customerservice strategy of @o2 is to hang up when they don’t want to deal with the issue. SERIOUSLY. Never buy anything from this company. #o2 #scammers

    @O2 Can you please follow my DM up? Your network is failing completely in my area, and I’ve been told I have to wait till Monday to get it resolved. That won’t help me when I’m working from home this weekend…

    @O2 Any chance someone can actually help with getting through to speak to payment management? Absolute shambles trying to phone and have to jump through hoops to end up STILL not being able to speak to anyone!

    @O2 It's a brand new sim and phone. Had the same issue with my last phone too. And no sorry, I can't try another phone. I'd rather try another network if I'm honest but I'm stuck now
