    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 how much do you charge per mb of data in Europe? You’ve charged me an extortionate amount for 15mb with no warning in a country I’ve never been to. This is despite a zero cost for nearly 1gb of data in the country I was actually in on the same day.

    @o2 how do I get my phone to connect to the 4g network in New Zealand? The roaming plan offers unlimited texts, calls and data yet I can’t connect to any 4g network.

    @O2 you have the WORST customer service. I’m really trying hard to set up a contract with you but you could not make this more difficult. I have so far tried your website, the virtual assistant and a real human who also cut me off.

    @virginmedia we still can’t access #o2priority despite you advertising on the radio that those with virgin media can every time we try and login it says something went wrong @O2 are you going to fix this

    @O2 I am being threatened with debt collection letters for an account I tried to cancel in august to be told it had not been actioned. I then called in October and had the same conversation. The number is no longer in use and hasn’t been since September.
