    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @MattJaggar @O2 If you live anywhere in Huddersfield or Mirfield don’t bother. The signal is awful! Can barely get 3G let alone 4 and if the SIM is going in an iPhone not bought from them then they block wifi calling capability. Wish we’d never bothered

    @O2 Hi, I signed up for o2 travel which said I'll be charged £6 a day in the USA. It seems to be charging me wrong and I can't get o2 chat to work! Please help

    Dear @O2: I have yet to receive a confirmation email that my account has been cancelled (you never sent my SIM despite happily sending a bill). MyO2 still says I have an account and that you're taking money from me soon, despite never once receiving service. Please sort this out.

    @ReissOmari @O2 O2 is just terrible in Birmingham full stop. Changed to EE because I was so fed up of never having signal here.

    @O2 ordered an upgrade for click and collect and havent been given a confirmation code yet, phone lines are an hour wait, someone help please
