@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 @MartinSLewis So, just tried to sign up for O2/Virgin’s “free” benefits “Volt” (as I’m a customer already with both) and apparently my £8 (for 10Gb) deal will now cost £12 (for my “free” double up data). How come? T&C’s are quite interesting!

Recently moved back to @ThreeUK on a sim only plan and it’s blooming awful in terms of speed or coverage in central London. Thanks to my @O2 work E-sim I actually have signal!

@O2 I would state that you do not use @encore_co_uk for loyalty awards as they do not honour what they offer!! Raised a compliant with @STARticketing not that will do much good as the details they have for Encore are out of date! £60 out of pocket tha KS to the poor service

@O2 Ok I have done that’s but still the same issue. Can’t book for the Thursday as saying all ticket been allocated for this cod. Then it will allow me for the Wednesday but still charging me £29.70 at the checkout
