    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 I’ve spent all weekend trying to make an order with you, twice and on both occasions an order confirmation and contract was sent out however the orders were for some reason could not be completed. I passed all their checks and even took £1 from my account. Terrible service

    @harald_b @O2 @GreggsOfficial I think the problem is you have to tell the Greggs staff it's a gift card and not a normal o2 code, that's the problem I had, worked when I told them to put it through as a gift card

    @O2 really disappointed with your business customer services recently. I get put on hold for an infinite amount of time, never get called back and constantly have to chase you… I’ve given up after over an hour on hold today. Will leave at the do of this contract or sooner…

    @dshensmith @ThreeUK - I’ve been considering leaving @O2 due to their continually declining network coverage in towns and cities, so looking for an alternative. However what you’ve been doing here is a massive red flag, so you’re off my list for sure.
