    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    @The_DogWalker @ThreeUK @O2 I’ve had nothing but issues since switching to three a year ago. I have times when I can’t even get social media or you tube to work. Even if the wi fi at work doesn’t work, I still can’t use the phone. I was with EE before.

    @O2 hi I'm trying to claim for Samsung ear buds with my new galaxy pro book but Samsung what a proof of purchase from where I got it from I've gave them all email regarding my purchase but they still asking for proof of purchase can you help with that.

    @O2 worst company that could exist. Charged me wrongly for roaming, in chat promised they will refund me 40£ and I just received my bill... wanna bet if they kept their promise. of course it it impossible to speak to an actual human unless you want to upgrade. Disgusting!

    @dandoll @O2 We can do multiple different DPA options with the account holder, so even if you don't know the password we can try a different question. So the account holder should come to chat. But you cannot cancel the account with us without passing security, we need to do that first -Scott
