    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 Lock you into a contract then put the prices up. Absolutely disgusting service. I signed a contract so my price should stay the same. I can’t wait for the contract to end because I’ll never go with o2 again.

    @O2 @gez80 Don't private message reply here so people can see hkw bad o2 really are poor signal everywhere in the UK and now with the highest price increase great work o2 everyone boycot o2 EE are far better

    hi @o2 why do you advertise pay monthly phone contracts when your credit checks are not in order? I have perfect credit score and my order was refused, no explanation was provided by customer service and credit checks team
