    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 can you explain why a phone won’t connect to 4g abroad when mobile roaming is switched on? Always have the same problem abroad, makes no sense, tried resetting and turning on off

    @O2 as well as persisting issues with slow/no data for months, the decision to stop the priority Caffe Nero offer means I won't be staying with you once my contract ends. As if the swill out of a machine from Greggs is in any way comparable to a barista-made coffee. 🤢

    @O2 I know all this the problem is that O2 have removed a mast and have not replaced it so when will this be done, all the staff in the local store tell you is that it’s a known issue no date to fix and to use 3G so is this what you call service wish I had stayed with @ThreemobileS

    @O2 I've had issues with data since I got my new phone with you a few months ago, my data connection is either slow or non existent. Both inside/outside & every single day. I've done the checks on the 'my network' app, and it often comes back with a local issue...however 1/2
