@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 2 phone calls to activate my father's account so far. 3rd one as I write this Customer service shocking. No patience when they speak to my father to get through security questions so I can speak on his behalf. Eventually got through and promised call back. Shocking company

@O2 my service is appalling. I’ve reported this before and you had alleged that you had made repairs in the area. It made a difference, it’s now worse. #5G all I get is 3G or one or two bars of 4G. #2023britain
