Paul Nobbs (@Fenlandbirding) reported from King's Lynn, England@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!
-
John Meikle (@m30kle) reported from Holbeach, England@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

David Meikle 😺 (@archied009) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 The networks have been so desperate to roll out 3G, 4G, 5G and increase prices that they’ve neglected to improve the overall network coverage in the UK, far too many black spots
-
Kieran Moss (@KieranMoss16) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Can’t travel more then 2 mins down the road while driving without phone signal cutting out and the call disconnecting.
-
Josh (@JoshBates) reported@O2 Someone replied and I have now replied to arrange the callback with a time/date. Email complaints agents picking have meanwhile ignored my request to escalate to CISAS and for a final position letter - despite this being in the O2 Customer Complaints Code
-
Max Wilson (@waxwellmilson) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very stupid post. The reason we don’t have better signal in Dulwich (where I live) is because the NIMBYs opposed putting in a small signal tower which would have boostedg the coverage. As a result, a small dead zone around College Road exists.
-
Patrick Hölscher (@allnewtomorrow) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Who is virtue signalling? "But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings" Know what Paris now also has? Far superior bike infrastructure, in addition to their better mobile network buildout. Perhaps you should have countered 5G fears better when in government.
-
Buzzard Capital (@BuzzardCapital) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE 2010-2024. More things your government did **** all about. Sit down and shut up. Catch you tomorrow with your next hypocritical whinge.
-
CookieBuoy (@RyanNoKneel) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Charge it to the taxpayer on expenses and get the govt to bankrupt them. And then **** off, parasite
-
enter shakira𓅮 (@BARFJAMiN) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 ever tried putting lipstick on a pig Tom? it was your party in government that allowed the yanks to tell you to bin all the network equipment that worked.
-
TheShireOfYork (@TheShireOfYork) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 when SpaceX starlink is available on phones it will be the end of terrestrial phone service and broadband
-
Tony McGarahan (@tonymcgarahan) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone What a rude response when they have reached out to try and help. Not a gentlemen. And not a officer 's reppnse. Arrogant and entitled. Why post your original message?
