@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 You have become the worst network by far… The signal is horrible, and so called 5G is horrible! What am I paying for? Nearly £90/95 a month for a iPhone 14 Pro Max… I’m taking legal actions to completely terminate the contract and return the phone back to you!

@O2 wanted to set up rolling plan account today after ordering the sim. Tried online and on the app and keep getting an error message and to try again later. Need to have a phone so when will whatever issue it is be fixed?
