@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 4 of my family on O2, driving through France with no phone or data service for 99% of journey, even in major cities. All with O2 for "incl. roaming". One other in family on idmobile has had signal & data all the way. This needs fixing!!!

@O2 No thanks, ready done it hence why I'm moving to EE. I've been with u for something like 10 years. I've had a guts full of your excuses for no signal and extortionate contract prices. I've had no signal and barely had access to data in 10 years. EE will be my new provider

@O2 What the hell is up with your network?? I’m flicking from 3G, 5g, Edge!! Had SOS or shonky 3G today all the way driving from Germany back to England! Returned to England and now it’s batting between 3G, 5g and Edge! It’s 2026 seriously!!!!!!

@O2 Yes rebooted handset numerous times, also hardware reboot. Tried air plane mode numerous times too. I’m back in England now and have no issues. I had no issues beginning of week whilst moving around Germany. Just yesterday and the drive home. All the way home, over 8 hours!!

@O2 what’s going on? Never had a problem with data usage! Last month had to have a bolt on which ran out, added 1GB today. Lasted 4 hours! I’ve relayed a voicemail, downloaded a video from WhatsApp 1:43 long, scrolled for 15mins…. Is that 1GB????
