@O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

Hey @O2 can you explain your EU roaming charges when the U.K. sim is not using mobile data, has made 0 calls & texts, but the pay+go balance is nearly £0 ... without me having to wait 30 min on hold to customer services?

@O2 If o2 puts up that Mast near me between now and the 7th of October then I won’t cancel but o2 won’t do that so Incan legally cancel my DD
