    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with ยฃ3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers ๐Ÿ‘ tossers.

    @bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

    I have put in a formal complaint and havenโ€™t heard anything since receiving the acknowledgement email over a week ago. @O2 got anything to say about this poor service?

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over ยฃ2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @daviddunninguk @O2 No signal in much of Beverley. Poor in parts of central Hull and Iโ€™m on 2 bars of signal in Barton-upon-Humber. Iโ€™ve been with them since they were Cellnet when O2 was just dioxygen.

    @MissNads22 @O2 @EE claim to be the best network, if not because I have a broadband at home, people would have thought I live up in the mountains and had to go outside to get a network ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    @O2 Thanks. I've downloaded the app and trying to run a speed test, but it says "you currently do not have network connectivity". I'm very much aware that's what the problem is. I'll leave it to you to find a solution.
