@O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

@O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

  • neill1602

@bex81uk Come on @O2 you can do better than this. A genuine loyal customer querying charges on the big and your customer services bloke WONT even look at it. Disgusting customer service.

@arokorol @O2 It gets mixed up because the towers cover both areas. I had the same issue. And then coming back to Israel a second time it said welcome to Israel.

@O2 @JustinDiamond16 Many, many people have reported this just on X alone, I have reported it via Customer Service and they’ve opened a ticket and nothing has been done (no surprises there). This has been going on for months and months, if you do manage to get to the section where it asks for your card details choosing the Apple Pay option just spins and spins and then says Apple Pay isn’t available, if you manually enter card details 9 times out of 10 the payment fails. Turn to the IVR system over the phone and payments are successful, a payment reference is read out by the automated system at the speed of light therefore you have absolutely no time to write it down and then said payment just doesn’t reflect on the account. Why you messed around with the billing system I’ll never know, 18 years this year I’ll have been an O2 customer and the previous system was perfectly fine, have you never heard of the phrase “IF IT AIN’T BROKE DON’T FIX IT”?

Has anyone had any experience of making an ombudsman complaint against @O2 (or other network)? They’ve not billed me correctly for almost half a year now, adding charges for a phone I sent back in January (with their prepaid packaging, and I gave them Royal Mail’s tracking number for it). They’ve also abruptly ended a payment plan I was on, allegedly because it “automatically terminated” when my account was credited for the charges for my previous phone, which should not have been added. I’ve tried asking them for help today, but they have been ******* useless

@OzSabb77 @arokorol @O2 Yep he's only a few miles away from the PLA-controlled areas. Probably the first signal it found (especially if the plane landed from the east) followed by a closer one. I had to turn off roaming after visiting Bayt Lehm for fear of being billed thousands.
