    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 I have never had such poor customer service in my lifetime. I have an issue with a bill where a credit of over £2000 is supposed to be added to my account because you wrongly added it to my last bill. This has been on going since 2nd June. Nobody seems to be able to do it!!

    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 hi. I upgraded over the phone. Had the phone dropped off to a store. Collected the phone. Phone bat dies within 8-10 hours when hardly being used and the shop won't help me and said 'it's not our issues. Sorry' tried calling customer services 2ce. No luck. Please advise me.

    @O2 I’ve swapped from Pay as you go to Pay Monthly and now I can’t access My O2, I was told to call and ask for second line support (?) but now i’m out of the country and can’t call

    Only just joined @O2 but I’m already regretting it. After 5 days my number still hasn’t transferred & every time I call customer service, I go through all the questions and the call cuts off without any reason. Any suggestions?

    @EE On people visiting my home in LE9 and mention bad signal it normally transpires they're on #EE. Only @O2 has sufficient coverage.

    @O2 I need to pay the final instalment on my device as I have left you due to you constantly putting prices up. You have send me a snottogram about it. You have shut down my o2 account. When i call it says I cannot speak to anybody, I have to use the automated service.

    @O2 i have been without consistent telephone signal for 4 months now. 1 day i will have 3 bars, the next i will struggle to get 1, I have spoken to various customer support personnel on the phone but i cannot call when my signal is down.. i pay £50 a month to you. Sort this out!
