    @O2 your service is a disgrace. email and text me daily to pay a bill, threaten me with £3.50 extra charge. The app/online doesn't work, I have already left you. Customer service is non existent, I hope you all enjoy a night out at the o2 on your customers 👍 tossers.

    @O2 just wanted to warn O2 customers there is a text phising scam the text says there's a problem with your bill please click on the link. I am guessing this to get bank details i just deleted & blocked no. I know it's 100% scam because i am with a different network.

    @O2 I'v tried Web chat, they can't help. Customer Service in India did not do what they promised. Please explain why my account is showing I owe £541 for a (faulty) phone returned and received by you on? I've rung 202 again, and getting passed pillar to post. Not a happy bunny.😡

    @O2 I’m having network issues ...account also states I have two phone numbers registered and I only have one ...zero balance on the number I don’t have/use balance to pay of £11:33 that I do use what is going on ? Plan is £8 per month sim only
