    @O2 am trying to reinstate data sharing after upgrade... Whatsapp chat/online chat all say I need to call.... after hours trying to get through on the phone I finally beat the algorithm - and was in a que to speak to a real person - and 10 mins later the line was cut.. help!

    @O2 so, just held for 24 mins to speak to James Wilson customer services manager ( given these details from your customer services representative Michelle) only to be told by Basil ( another customer services representative) that ‘ I don’t know any James Wilson’,he cut me off

    @O2 I was given an employee discount code to use today and it says it's expired. Try to chat to your online help and they didn't seem interested? I only upgraded it yesterday how can the code already be expired?

    @O2 horrified by this company been billed £185 for a SIM card I never received and therefore contract cancelled. No refund as yet. Appalling!
