@O2 I've always stuck with O2. However, will be leaving in December. Customer service was 10/10 before O2 joined up with VM, now CS is shocking. Agents hanging up, not being able to find my details, or simply not understanding the simplest query 😪

@O2 For 2 years you've had a problem with a mast near me and need landlords permission of the land its on to fix it. You surely can't tell me that in 2years you haven't managed to gain agreement? Seems to me you should re-site the mast instead of you have this much trouble to go thru

@MartinSLewis I'm with @O2, they're ok, I do have unlimited plan on an S22 Ultra. Only issue I have is my signal is mediocre in my area & the mast is ALWAYS going down!

@O2 when are you going to fix the mobile signal in Manchester? Hardly anything in the city centre and I need to rely on Wi-Fi. Definitely not worth what I’m currently paying for it

@MartinSLewis I mean technically with @O2 I'm paying £26 for my airtime and then more for my device plan. So it depends if you mean just for the network or both? When I look at the new deals, the one I'm on is still the best.

@O2 I’ve made a payment which is now not sitting in the right place on your system. Upgrade can’t be processed and i need to go back through the entire process (of over 3 hours) to get the phone I wanted. Unacceptable customer service.

@O2 My Volt benefits have not been added, I have been told it will take 14 business days to resolve. There are no Wi-Fi hotspots where I am and will run out of data by tomorrow. Are there any options to help that don’t involve paying through the nose for data bolt ons?
